Paint residue, rust, etc. are completely removed by impact force, and at the end of the process, the presence or absence of residue discharge is checked. Dry air is then forced out to dry the inside of the pipe, residual dust is removed, and the presence of steam or mist is checked. This invention relates to a method for cleaning paint transport piping that is checked.

This can lead to pipe damage, so it is necessary to clean the inside of the pipe periodically or irregularly. <Problems with conventional technology> Therefore, in general, organic solvents such as thinner are passed through the pipe to remove the adhesion, except in the case of water-based paint delivery, but paint transport pipes generally have a large diameter. Many of the pipes are thin tubes of 1 inch or less, and as mentioned above, there are many branches and bends, making it difficult to achieve a sufficient cleaning effect. It also has the disadvantage of being contaminated with rust, leading to poor accuracy such as so-called paint fluorescing in the product5, and also has the disadvantage of being expensive because it requires cleaning over a long period of time using a large amount of solvent. Ta.
