A mixture of a curing agent, filler, mold release agent, additives, etc. is heated and kneaded, then dried and pulverized to obtain a molding material. Important quality characteristics of thermosetting resin molding materials include moldability and thermal stability. Molding processability refers to the fluidity of the resin and the ability to inject the molten resin into the mold to fill every detail within the mold during molding using a molding machine. Fast curing means that it can be cured in a short time, while thermal stability means
This is the ability to maintain a molten state by heating and kneading in the cylinder of a molding machine, such as an injection molding machine. The various properties of these molding materials naturally depend on various raw materials, but are most influenced by the heating and kneading step during the manufacturing process.

Therefore, it has been difficult to uniformly control the degree of kneading of the molding material. On the other hand, although the conventional continuous method has high productivity, it has the disadvantage that the heating and kneading of the materials on the rolls is not uniform.

Therefore, a stable molding material with large variations in moldability and fluidity could not be obtained. As a result of various studies, the inventors of the present invention have focused on making the degree of kneading uniform in the heating kneading roll work and automatically making the kneading work continuous. It has been found that by the combination of the following, it is possible to easily transport the feed material continuously from the supply zone to the take-out zone, and as a result, the residence time of the feed material on the kneading roll can be kept constant and uniform kneading can be performed.

A kneading sheet dividing blade 7 having an acute-angled tip is fixed almost perpendicularly to the upper surface of the plowing scraper 16, and the rear part of the dividing blade 7 has an acute-angled tip. is the feed blade 8 that is angled toward the sheet take-out side.
is located. These dividing blades 7 and feed blades 8 are a set, and their function is to separate the material sheet 9 wound around the kneading roll from the kneading roll surface with a scraper 16, and then the dividing blade 7 immediately The mixed wire material in the form of a sheet is separated into 9' and 9'' and fed onto rolls. At this time, the separated 9f sheet-like mixed wire material is further transferred to the sheet take-out side by a feed blade 8. The number of dividing blades and feeding blades is determined by the size of the roll, kneading time, etc., but a normal roll is equipped with about 2 to 6 sets.Kneaded sheet take-out scraper 10 is arranged at the end of the sheet take-out side, and is usually designed so that its position can be adjusted depending on the degree of kneading.

ものである。Further, 4 and 5 are stock guides on both sides. Next, the kneading method of the present invention using the above apparatus will be explained. Raw materials for thermosetting resin molding materials, that is, various resins, curing agents, fillers, mold release agents, additives, etc., are homogeneously mixed and continuously supplied to the supply area of the above-mentioned apparatus. When the heated kneading rolls 2 and 3 are rotated in the direction of mismarking, the above-mentioned raw material 13 is kneaded, and a sheet-like mixed wire material 9 is formed on the winding side roll surface.
becomes. The material sheet 9 wound around the roll surface is separated from the roll surface by a plow scraper 16 each time it rotates, and falls into the nip between the rolls again to be kneaded. Since the raw material is continuously supplied from one end, the mixed material 9 on the sheet is moved to the sheet take-out side, but in the device of the present invention, as a method of more active transportation, the plow scraper 16 is used to roll the mixed material 9. The sheet-like mixed wire material 9 separated from the surface is cut by the cutting blade 7, and the cut sheet-like mixed wire material 9'' is forcibly transferred to the opposite side of the feed by the feeding blade 8.
After the process is repeated in sequence, the kneaded sheet is separated from the roll surface by a scraper 10 disposed on the sheet take-out side. It is sent to the next process of drying and pulverizing. The kneading device according to the present invention performs homogeneous heating and kneading by keeping the residence time of the raw materials constant on the rolls, and further adjusts the position of the take-out scraper depending on the degree of kneading. As a result, a molding material with fluidity suitable for the purpose can be obtained. The continuous automatic kneading device of the present invention has a simple overall equipment configuration, is configured as an additional device to the conventional kneading roll, and can be handled with less trouble. It has the advantage of being easy and adaptable to larger and more continuous manufacturing equipment.
