That is, to explain the above manufacturing method with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, in FIG. 1, 1 is a first plate member (hereinafter referred to as an inner member) forming the inner wall of the dash panel of the present invention, and in FIG. The second plate member (
(hereinafter referred to as the outer member), and both members 1 and 2 have control cable pipe through holes a) Brake master cylinder mounting hole b) Heater hot water hose through hole C) Steering handlebar 5 Shaft through hole d Necessary holes such as the above are provided in correspondence with each other, and the member 2 is also provided with a plurality of gas vent holes e that are necessary when manufacturing this dash panel. Further, both members 1 and 2 are provided with a plurality of driving beads f and a peripheral edge g that are joined to each other by a phase 30 when the two members 1 and 2 form a double wall as shown in the figure. 3 in FIG. 3 is a thermally foamable sound insulation material sheet (hereinafter referred to as sound insulation material) interposed between the above-mentioned two members 1 and 2, and is a plate-shaped sheet made of foamed rubber, foamed resin, etc. 35 The sound insulation material 3 is It has the property of causing a foaming phenomenon when heated and increasing its volume.

防音壁の製作方法を要旨とするものである。The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks.
In the double structure wall in which a first plate-like member and a second plate-like member are joined at their peripheral edges to form a hollow part, a gas venting hole is provided in both the first and second plate-like members, and a control cable is provided. A hole for the insertion of cable members such as pipes and electric wires, and a recessed part sunken toward the inside of the hollow part so as to connect with each other are formed, and the thermally foamable sound insulating member housed in the hollow part has the above-mentioned structure. An escape hole for spot welding is provided corresponding to the recessed part, and when the two plate members are joined, the thermally foamable sound insulating member is held in the recessed part, the peripheral edge part is joined, and the recessed part is The part is spot welded to make a hermetically sealed state, and the cable member has approximately the same outer diameter as the cable member to be inserted into the cable member insertion hole, and an uneven part is formed in the same outer diameter part in the axial direction. The formed dummy rod is loosely inserted into the hole for insertion of the cable member, inserted into and supported by the sound insulation member, and after foaming the thermally foamable sound insulation member, the dummy rod is pulled out from the hole and replaced. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a double soundproof wall for a vehicle, characterized in that the cable member is configured to be inserted through the same hole.

Holding the pull-out ring 8 provided at the end of the dummy rod 5,
When the dummy rod 5 is pulled out from the through hole 6 while being rotated, a threaded groove shaped portion 9 corresponding to the threaded groove 7 of the dummy rod is formed near the through hole 6 of the sound insulating material 3, as shown in FIG. It is formed. When the electric wire 10 is press-fitted into the through hole 6 from this state, the electric wire 10 is crimped with the thread groove shaped part 9, so that the electric wire 10 can be prevented from coming out of the through hole 6 as much as possible, and the watertightness of the dash panel is ensured. It produces the effects that can be achieved. In the above explanation, the case of electric wires has been explained, but it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to various control cables and prevention of cable pipes from being pulled out.

The outer diameter of the dummy rod that is inserted through and supported by the cable member insertion hole and the sound insulating member is approximately the same as the diameter of the cable member, and has an uneven portion in the axial direction of the dummy rod, so that after foaming, The diameter of the hole after pulling out the dummy rod will be smaller by the depth of the same unevenness, so when the cable member is press-fitted into the hole, the fixing force of the cable member to the sound insulation member can be further strengthened. As a result, it is possible to suppress the rope member from coming off, and moreover, it exhibits an excellent effect of ensuring air-water tightness.
