ピレン樹脂を用い射出成形方法によりー体に成形されて

側縁3と成型品部材6とを高周波溶着すれば第2図に示
す如く所望のインサートTを有する成型品が得られる。
周9はカッター□の長手方向に複数箇貫設された’J仔
LにしてインサートTの固定時に高周波によつて熔融さ
れた成型品部材4の側縁3と成型品部材6とが直接溶着
してインサート□の固定が確実になされるようにしたも
のである。又、蓋体2は別途成形してもよ<容器なる成
型品部材4と一体に成形してもよい。本発明方法に於て
、成型品本体に固定されるインサートは前記実施例の如
く、一部が成型品本体に埋設さわ、残部が外方に露出し
たものの他、成型品本体内に完全に埋設されたものも成
形することが可能であつて、例えば第3図に示す如きイ
ンサートとして金属塊11を内蔵した合成樹脂製文鎮を
成形するときは、内部に金属塊11を内蔵せしめ得る凹
部12,13が形成された2箇の成型品部材14,15
が薄肉部からなるヒンジ16を介して連結された構造の
成型品本体17を合成樹脂にて一体成形し、得られた成
形品本体17の一方の凹部13内に金属塊11を嵌入し
、次いで成型品部材14,15を閉合して金属塊11を
挟持し、然る後外部から高周波加熱により成型品部材1
4,15の相互に当接する面を熔着せしめればよい。
