Therefore, the material 9 of the reciprocating member 102, 103bH pair
After moving 0 and 91, the device for combining them is activated. In this case, the reciprocating member moves backward. □After the retraction is completed, the next materials 90 and 91 are moved down to the position, which takes a considerable amount of time, for example, about 250 products per minute. ] It was an inefficient thing to do. The present invention solves these problems and provides a snap button combination machine that allows combinations to be performed extremely quickly. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the main body part 16 of this passage device, nine passages 17 and 18 come close to each other toward the bottom, and are arranged at a position where they overlap with a narrow interval at the lower end.
In addition, an opening 20 is formed in the portion forming the gap, through which the material 90 cannot pass, but the material 91 can pass through.
This opening is left open facing downward. Each aisle IT, 18 is on both sides except for the central part. 3 are each covered by a cover 21 to prevent the materials 90 and 91 from falling off: as they move, their movement is visible from the outside, and the material 91 is covered with a central cylindrical portion 92.

That is, as shown in FIG. 15, there are materials 90 and 91bS supported by stoppers 22 and 23, respectively, at the lower end of each passage 17 and 18 of passage device 15, and material 91 is also supported by stopper 25, The elevating frame 44 is in the raised position, and the connecting member 35, the pressing rod 42, and the pulling rod 43 are in the retracted position. From this state, as shown in FIG. 19, the press rod 42 and the pull-down rod 43 are advanced by the cam device 73 to engage with the cylindrical portion 92 of the material 91 supported by the tip BS stoppers 23 and 25, respectively, and press The rod 42 is made of this material 9
By pressing the material 91 onto the material 90 through the opening 20 with the material 91, the material 9 is moved together with the material 91 without being caught between it and the tip of the contact rod 37.
0t) 3 so that it is inserted. In this case, the contact rod 37 moves back against the spring 38, and the sandwiched materials 90, 91 come out of the passage 17. Also, in this case, the spring 68
,70t)j are compressed to some extent. Next, the elevating frame 44 is lowered to the state shown in FIG. 20, and the materials 90 and 91 sandwiched between the press rod 42 and the connecting member 35 are lowered in the same state, and the material engaged with the pull rod 43/115 is lowered. 91 is pulled down to the lower end position by pushing the stopper 25 to open it to both sides and passing through it.
In this case, the next material 91 is stopped by the stopper 25. Further, the next material 90 can be stopped by the stopper 22. Pressing rod 42, contact rod 37, connecting member 3
Reference numeral 5 constitutes a pinching means for sandwiching and moving the materials 90 and 91. Next, the connecting member 35 is connected by the cam device 55.
t) As the S moves forward, the pressing rod 42 is pressed by the cam device 73.
Then, the bow lowering rod 43 moves backward as shown in FIG. In this case, the tip of the connecting member 35 is connected to the connecting member 40.
The peripheral edge of the material 90 is in contact with the tip of the material 91.
The product 93t) 3 can be made by bending inward to wrap around the peripheral edge of the product 93t) 3. The connecting member 3540 constitutes a connecting means. Thereafter, the connecting member 35f)j is moved back by the operation of the cam device 55, and the product 93 falls through the guide tube 80 and is received in a container (not shown) provided in the main body 10, and is in the state shown in FIG. Become. Next, the lifting frame 44 is raised to the state shown in FIG. 15, and by repeating the same operation, a large number of products 93bS are made by connecting the materials 90 and 91.
You will get it. The present invention can be configured to combine various materials for a pair of snaps and buttons.

For example, to obtain the product 93 shown in FIG. 24B from the materials 90 and 91 shown in FIG. You can use the one you made. Further, in the case of a ring-shaped spring made of 10,000 pieces of material 91hS as shown in FIG. 25a, there is no need to use the pull-down rod 43 or the stopper 25.
Furthermore, a metal material 90 having a plurality of protrusions 95 as shown in FIG. 26a and a material 91 made of synthetic resin, for example.
A product 93 as shown in b can be obtained by combining the above, and in this case as well, the pull-down rod 43 and stopper 25 are unnecessary. As described above, in the present invention, the ends of the passages 17 and 18 of the materials 90 and 91 are arranged so as to overlap each other through the opening 20, and the connecting device 33 is connected to the ends of the passages 17 and 18. Since the l pair of materials 90, 91 that have arrived are sandwiched from both sides and moved to a further position and then connected to each other, the materials 90, 91 can be separated significantly more quickly than conventional devices. This has the effect of making it possible to perform combinations at a speed of, for example, approximately 400 pieces per minute, which is nearly twice as fast as the conventional method.
