独で実施される場合もあるが、射出成型工程の生産性を
上記冷却工程と関連せしめてさらに向上させるためには
、製品の検査、梱包あるいは輸送に便利なように、冷却
後の成型品を所定の数だけ積み重ねて後続工程へ移送し
得るように冷却工程と積み重ね工程とを連結することが
望ましい。しかしながら、斯かる工程の連結を可能なら
しめるためには、工程ならびに装置の大幅な変更が必要
であり、反面このような改良を可能ならしめる実用的な
手段に関してはこれ?迄殆んど見るべき提案が為されて
おらない。本発明は、このような在来の工程あるいは装
置に付随する不都合を解消し、成型品の冷却工程におい
て単独で使用される場合、あるいは冷却工程と連動する
成型品の積み重ね工程において積み重ね装置との連動下
に使用される場合に、ともに成型品に均一な冷却作用を
与え得るチヤツクを提供することをその主要な目的とす
るものである。本発明の他の主要な目的は、構造が簡易
で故障が少なく、かつ作動の安全性に優れたプラスチツ
ク成型品の冷却時に使用するチヤツクを提供することに
ある。而して本発明のこれらの目的は、プラスチツク成
型品の冷却時に使用するチヤツクであつて、該成型品を
押圧するピストンを有し、前記成型品が熱い状態にある
とき前記ピストンを突出させて成型品の側壁を内側から
