間の継目は不明確であり、シャープで且つ美しい仕上げ

のフリツチの製法のかかる欠点に鑑みてなされたもので

条溝壁5、5を密着せしめ、該下型板3と対応せる逆の
波型形状(すなわち雌雄の関係にある波型形状を下面に
形成せる上型板を積層した実根2、2、・・・土に載置
し、圧力7Ki/Cr!i乃至8に9/crllN時間
20時間ク5 乃至24時間の成型条件で上下方向より
圧締し、該常温硬化型接着剤を硬化せしめ、実根2、2
、・・・を一体化したフリツチである。尚、本発明に使
用する接着剤は上記の如く常温硬化型接着剤でも良いし
、フェノール樹脂系接着30剤、エリア樹脂系接着剤等
の熱硬化型接着剤でも良く、この場合、圧力7kg/一

一例であり、他の材質の突板を用いても良い。
