円周上のほぼ正三角形の位置でそれぞれの保持部材に取

にそれぞれの一部が内接されるように形成された3個の
保持部材と、該3個の保持部材のそれぞれほぼ中央部で
、かつ、保持部材を正三角形状位置に配置したとき同一
円周上のほぼ正三角形状の位置でそれぞれの保持部材に
取り付けられた上記導体接続管とを設けたことを特徴と
