A sealing part e is formed to seal each product cavity C by inserting it into the mold, and the downward movement of the upper mold d seals each product cavity C.
According to this method, the molten metal is poured into each product cavity C from a separate pouring hole, and the product in each product cavity C is solidified under pressure. It is necessary to take out each product separately, which reduces work efficiency.Furthermore, since each product cavity C is sealed separately at each pouring port, the number of seals increases, making seal leaks more likely.
Further, variations in the amount of poured metal and seal leakage tend to cause variations in the pressurizing force of the molten metal in each product cavity C, which is inconvenient and causes product defects.

The concave seat 3 constitutes a common pouring port for the plurality of product cavities 4, while the upper mold 2 has a seal portion 5 at its lower end shaped to fit into the concave seat 3. By inserting the seal portion 5 into the concave seat 3, the plurality of product cavities 4 are commonly sealed in the concave seat 3.

At this time, the molten metal in each product cavity 4 is pre-metalized. They communicate with each other through the space 6, so they are pressurized evenly, and when this is pressurized to a predetermined high pressure of 300 to 2000 phantom/cr;1, the pressing force of the upper mold 2 is kept constant, and the molten metal is hydrostatically applied. Apply high pressure.

。At this time, the volume of the molten metal in each product cavity 4 is sequentially reduced while being squeezed and solidified, and the molten metal in the pre-filling space 6 is sequentially poured into the product cavity 4 by the downward movement of the upper mold 2 that follows this. After being pushed in, squeeze solidification is performed in each product cavity 4 while the pre-filling space 6 is used as a pool and molten metal is replenished, resulting in a product with a homogeneous and dense structure.

Since they are interconnected by the pre-thickness formed in the two, the products can be taken out as one from each product cavity 4, and then the individual products are separated from the pre-thickness.

有する。As described above, according to the present invention, the lower mold in which a plurality of product cavities are formed has a concave seat that commonly forms the pouring port for these product cavities, and the upper mold has a seal that commonly seals these product cavities in the concave seat. At the same time, the concave seat is formed so that a pre-filling space is formed between the bottom surface of the concave seat and the sealing part to communicate each product cavity with each other, and the concave seat is Molten metal can be easily and quickly poured into each product cavity with a single pouring operation, and the products obtained in each product cavity are connected to each other by the pre-filling that solidifies in the pre-filling space. These product cavities can be taken out in one piece, significantly improving work efficiency, and since these product cavities are commonly sealed in a concave seat, the sealing area is reduced compared to a type that seals each separately, reducing seal leakage. Also, when pressurizing the molten metal, the molten metal in each product cavity communicates with each other through the pre-filling space, and is pressurized uniformly without causing any variation in pressurizing force, and the pre-filling space is Functioning as a molten metal pool, it is possible to reliably squeeze and solidify the molten metal in each product cavity, and has the effect of obtaining excellent products with no disparity in quality.
