It consists of decorative sheets 4, and the upper side ends of these decorative plywoods are cut to form joints. However, in the decorative plywood shown in FIG. 1, the joint bottoms 5 are formed in the core material 1, resulting in an uneven shape, which impairs the aesthetic appearance, and in the decorative plywood shown in FIG. 2, the joint bottoms 6 are formed in the surface material 2. However, because the depth of the cut is shallow, the sharpness has to be increased, and the third
In the decorative plywood shown in the figure, the decorative sheet 4 is also applied to the joint bottom T to maintain its beauty and sharpness, but the decorative sheet 4 on the joint bottom 7 and the decorative sheet 4 on the surface board 2 are the same. Since it is a pattern, it has the problem of being inferior in pattern expression.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative board with excellent aesthetic appearance. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 1.

果を有する。That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, square grooves 8 are formed on the surface of plywood in which surface materials 2 and 3 are adhered to both surfaces of a core material 1, respectively. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, a sheet 10 having a printed layer 9 formed on its surface is prepared. This printing layer 9
In the corresponding part 9a corresponding to the square groove 8, the pattern is expressed using normal printing ink mixed with temperature-sensitive ink, and in the other non-corresponding part 9b that does not correspond to the square groove 8, normal printing ink is used. to express the pattern. In this case, the main component of the temperature-sensitive color-changing ink is metal halide double salt (H
gI2, Cul) with a blending ratio of 3% binder (nitrified cotton)
Use a mixture of Further, the corresponding portion 9a of the printed layer 9 is made slightly larger than the width of the square groove 8. Next, the sixth
As shown in the figure, a sheet 10 is attached to the upper surface of the surface material 2 with an adhesive so that the square grooves 8 and the corresponding portions 9a of the printed layer 9 correspond to each other, and this sheet 10 is attached together with the printed layer 9 at the center of the square groove 8. Cut at the section. After that, as shown in Figure T, 700~
By inserting the heating roll 11 controlled at 75° C. into the square groove 8, the sheet 10 is adhered to the square groove 8, and the corresponding portion 9a of the printed layer 9 within the square groove 8 is discolored to reddish brown due to heating. Then, a decorative plywood is manufactured by cutting at positions A3B3C shown by the dashed line in FIG. 7 using a cutting machine (not shown). In this embodiment, since the decorative plywood is manufactured in this manner, only the printed layer 9 within the square grooves 8 changes color and the pattern expressiveness is improved. Moreover, in this embodiment, since the width of the corresponding portion 9a of the printed layer 9 is made wider than the width of the square groove 8, the sixth
As shown in the figure, when the sheet 10 is placed on the upper surface of the surface material 2, even if the sheet 10 is slightly misaligned, the corresponding portions 9a of the printed layer 9 will correspond to the square grooves 8, and the printed layer in the square grooves 8 will 9 color change is ensured. That is, as shown in FIG.
The corresponding portion 9a of the upper printing layer 9 is not discolored and a beautiful finish can be ensured. As shown in FIG. 8, an adhesive 12 containing a temperature-sensitive color changing agent (main component Hg [2, CuI nitrified cotton)] is applied to a thickness of 0.7 mm on the surface material 2. By gluing pattern paper 13 on top and forming V-cut grooves 14 with a depth of 0.7 to 0.8 m1L as shown in FIG. 9, this decorative board is heated by passing it through a dryer at 752°C. The V-cut surface 12a of the adhesive 12 can also be discolored to reddish brown. As described above, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention inserts a printed layer containing thermosensitive color-changing ink into the groove and heats it with a heating roller to change the color of the printed layer in the groove. This has the effect that decorative boards can be manufactured.
