【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はベルトコンベア等により連続して移送されるお
にぎり、その他の食物製品に対して上方から食塩その他
の粉・粒子のふりかけ材料を散布する新規な散布装置に
係り、その目的とするところは散布状態を常に一定量、
かつ均等に行ない、食品の品質を一定に保ち、製造作業
の効率化を図ることにある。

に連結して振り子連動可能に形成し、該振り容器13内
にふりかけ材料の容量を常時一定に保ちうる感知部を設
けるとともに、該感知部と前記回転盤5の駆動部6を電
気的に接続して成る食塩その他の粉・粒子のふりかけ材
