Compared to filters made of conventional cloth, the filter is stronger and has better shape retention, and can be bent into a mountain-shaped cross section to expand the filtration area compared to the size of the vacuum cleaner itself. In addition, it has the advantage of being difficult to produce compared to filters made of cloth, but it is easily torn and has a short lifespan.Furthermore, if it gets clogged with dust, it cannot be cleaned and cannot be cleaned using an electric blower. Pressure loss occurs in the suction force, and it is difficult to remove fibrous dust caught in the valleys of bent, wavy folds, especially in the deep valleys. In addition, cloth has drawbacks such as the possibility of damaging and breaking the material, and while cloth can be washed with water, is durable and has a long life, woven materials have large filter openings, and non-woven materials have drawbacks such as being easily torn. The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a filter for a vacuum cleaner made of a material that is strong, which has the advantage of filter paper, and is washable, which is the advantage of cloth, and is strong and durable. be.

Twist and wind up. A thin film B is applied to the surface of the polypropylene fiber A obtained in this way. Then, this fiber D is cut into lengths of about 10 cm and intertwined with each other to form a cotton-like shape.
Then, only the resin B having a low melting point on the surface is melted with hot air at about 120° C., and the members in contact with each other are fused together. The material thus produced is molded into a thick plate shape to obtain the thick material 28 having a large number of air bubbles. Furthermore, a piece of the same material as this thick material 28 was heated to 100% in advance in an electric furnace.
The sheet material 33 is obtained by heating for several minutes at a temperature of 140 DEG C. and heat-pressing it to form a large number of folds having a sawtooth cross section using a hot press at a surface temperature of 140 DEG C. This sheet-like material 33 is heated and pressed to increase the fiber density, so it has a finer mesh than the thick material 28. Then, the thick material 28 and the sheet-like material 33 are bonded by heat and pressure around the thick material 28 and the sheet material 33 to form a superposition. In addition, the picture materials 28 and 33
When polymerizing the image materials 28 and 33, a pocket member 35 is provided at the bottom of the space 34 formed between the image materials 28 and 33, and a fine dust collection portion 35 is provided.

In this case, since the sheet material 33 has fine mesh, there is a large resistance to air suction, and this resistance creates an air current along the filter surface, making it possible to easily remove dust attached to the filter surface. Can reduce clogging. According to the present invention, as a filter for a vacuum cleaner, a large number of single fiber layers of high melting point plastic fibers coated with a low melting point synthetic resin on the surface are heated and bonded together to have air permeability and countless air bubbles. The same material as the thick material is heat-pressed onto one side of the thick material and polymerized to form a sheet. This plastic fiber is highly hydrophobic and does not dry easily even after washing with water. Because it is durable and does not change color due to scratches,
The filter can be washed and pressure loss due to clogging can be prevented, resulting in improved filtration efficiency and longer life.

As a good filter, it is easy to remove dust adhering to the surface. Moreover, it has appropriate elasticity and excellent fatigue resistance, and the vibrations necessary for dust removal are transmitted to every corner of the filter. It has good dust removal properties. In addition, since the sheet-like material is obtained by heat-pressing, the fibers on the surface melt together and become integrated, so they do not fray and have excellent shape retention.
The filtration area can be expanded by forming the cross-section into a saw-blade shape during heat-pressing, and the shape will not shift even after washing with water, and the strength will not deteriorate due to friction. Moreover, it can be obtained at low cost. In addition, since the art material is polymerized and integrated, if the art material is heat-pressed around it and polymerized, the polymerization will not bend when washed with water, and the fibers will become loose. Pressure loss due to clogging can be easily recovered. Also,
Thick material is placed on the suction side of the sheet material, so
This thick, breathable material can capture fibrous dust and fine dust, increasing the amount of dust suction, and the sheet-shaped material can reduce the amount of fine dust to be filtered, improving filtration performance. It can be kept for a long time, and there is less dust attached to the sheet-shaped filter. The number of times the filter is removed can be reduced, and there is no need to rub the filter with a brush or the like to remove dust, so there is no risk of damage.

The dust adhering to the filter surface is easily removed, reducing clogging of the filter, and the dust is returned to the dust collection section in front of the filter, reducing the amount of dust passing through the filter.

If a fine dust reservoir is formed between the image materials during this process, the dust that has fallen into the fine dust reservoir will not be sucked in again (a filter that is highly durable and easy to handle can be obtained).
