本発明はタンクローーの車体に対するタンクの固縛装置

が結合されているところから走行中に生じるシャーシフ
レーム側からの衝撃的なねじれ変形力が結合部分各所に
加わり、この力が繰り返し加えられることによつて、終
には結合部分の緩み、或いは破損を来し、重大な事故に
発展する危惧もある。本発明は上述の点に鑑み発明され
たものであつて、剛性の高いタンクをシャーシフレーム
に固縛するに当つて、車体の振動を極力吸収すると共に
、シャーシフレームのねじれ変形等には無理なく、対処
して長期に亘り、安定した機能を発揮する様にし、特に
径大タンクの塔載に適用して有効なタンク固縛装置を提
供しようとするものである。以下、本発明の実施例を図
面に基づいて説明すれば、1は車輌のシャーシフレーム
、2はこのシャーシフレーム上に固着されたサブフレー
ムで、両者間にはクッション材3が介装される04はサ
ブフレーム2を介し塔載されるところのタンク本体、5
はこのタンク本体4の中央部下部に半捲き状にして装着
したアウトリガ、6はこのアウトリガ5の下方に位置し
、サブフレーム外面に固着される取付基板で、この基板
上にはサブフレーム外方に突出状にして、座板Tが固着
してあり、この座板Tがアウトリガ5下面に直接、或い
は図示例ゆ如く、アウトリガ5に一体とする座板8と重
合せられ、ボルトナット等の止具9によつて結合する。
尚、図中10は座板Tの補強用リブである。11はサブ
フレーム2に固着したクロスメンバーで、これは左右の

明した様に、本発明の装置はタンクローりのシヤーシフ
レームの寸法上からして塔載可能なタンクの大きさ特に
その直径の制限を拡大でき、且つタンクの安定性を向上
し、またシヤーシ側とタンク側の振動系が異なつても、
この振動を吸収して車輌の乗心地を向上すると共に積荷
への悪影響もなく、鋼性の高いタンク側とねじれ変形等
を常時生起するシヤーシ側との固縛には充分な強度を有
する上に、各部材に無理がなく、耐久性も向上して車輌
の安全運行に寄与し、使用目的に合わせて、各種タンク
