本発明は開封性の改良された熱収縮包装方法とその装置
に関するもので、熱収縮性プラスチックフィルムの融着
接合個所に離村用テープを組込む際、同時にひも、プラ
スチックテープ線等を前記離村用テープの中間に挿入さ
せて更に開封性を向上させたことを特徴とするものであ

るため、開封がやや困難になる。以上の点に鑑み考えら
れた本発明を図面により詳しく説明すれば、被包装体1
を包装位置に送り出すコンベア2、該被包装体を包装す
べく熱収縮性プラスチックフィルム4を送り出す機構、
これと同期して前記プラスチックフィルムの接合個所に
ひも15等の裏打されたテープ6を折返して繰’ 出し
切断する装置、該接合個所を熱接着し余肉を切断するヒ
ーターバー5、包装後送り出すコンベア、前記プラスチ
ックフィルムを収縮させるシュリンクトンネル11から
成る熱収縮包装装置に於いて、前起熱収縮性プラスチッ
クフィルム4繰出・ して同期して、該接合個所にひも
15等を裏打した離村用テープ6を折返すテープ折返し
装置8、折返された離村用テープを所要寸法だけ引つ張
り出すための進退・開閉可能なテープ咥え部12、引つ
張り出された破封用テープを所要寸法だけ切断するカツ
タ一3、前記テープ咥え部の前進位置と前記所要長後退
した位置とでそれぞれテープ咥え部を開放するための突
起を配設して成り、その作動状態はまず、第1図に示す
ように巻取りされた熱収縮性プラスチツクフイルム4が
被包装体1を被うことができるように上下2方に繰出さ

を備えたテープ折返し装置8によりA−N断面図のよう
に折返されるとこれがスプリング13によつてテープ咥
え部12に咥えられて引出されて、所定の長さに伸びた
ところでカツタ一3によつてテープ6が切断されるとと
もにコロ14が下面の突起部によつて上方に押上げられ
るとテープ咥え部12が開く(図中2点鎖線で示す)。
テープ6はそのB−B′断面図及び拡大断面図に示され
る如く、プラスチツクフイルムbが紙cにラミネートさ
れた物であることを示している。破封用テープ6はプラ
スチツクラミネート紙がよく、予め所要の寸法にスリツ
トされたテープ状巻取を使用するのが好ましい。また、
このとき拡大断面図に示すごとくひも15等が裏打され
ている。次に第3図に示されるようにヒーターバ一5で

ンクトンネル11へ搬送されて熱収縮させると第4図に

封時は接合個所の破封用テープ6に裏打されたひも15

出した後、前記接合個所を熱接着し、収縮させて成る熱

体を包装すべく熱収縮性プラスチックフィルムを送り出
す機構、これと同期して前記プラスチックフィルムの接
合個所にひも等の裏打されたテープを折返して繰出し切
断する装置、該接合個所を熱接着し余肉を切断するヒー
ターバー、包装後送り出すコンベア、前記プラスチック
フィルムを収縮させるシュリンクトンネルから成る熱収
縮包装装置に於いて、前記熱収縮性プラスチックフィル
ム繰出しと同期して、ひも等を裏打した破封用テープを
折返すテープ折返し装置、折返された破封用テープを所
要寸法だけ引つ張り出すための進退・開閉可能なテープ
咥え部、引つ張り出された破封用テープを所要寸法だけ
切断するカッター、前記テープ咥え部の前進位置と前記
所要長後退した位置とでそれぞれテープ咥え部を開放す
