It is necessary to stack and fold the sheets, and a spreading machine has been developed as a device for this purpose. However, in a conventional spreading machine, the main body of the spreading machine is placed on a horizontally installed horizontally long workbench so that it can move freely in the longitudinal direction of the workbench, and the paper is wound in a roll on the main body of the spreading machine. The stretched long fabric is rotatably suspended, and the fabric is pulled by a pay-out roll that is disposed at the front end of the main body of the fabric spreading machine at a predetermined interval in the running direction and is rotationally driven by a drive motor. The fabric is then pulled out and fed out onto the workbench. Therefore, tension is applied to the rolled fabric between the rolled fabric and the above-mentioned feeding roll, and when the fabric is thin, vertical wrinkles may occur in the fabric.
There is a problem in that it expands and contracts elastically and cannot be smoothly fed out. Furthermore, if the fabric is thick, such as jeans or synthetic leather, and the roll diameter of the fabric is large, a relatively large force is required to start unwinding, so there is a gap between the fabric and the feeding roll. Slips are likely to occur and it is difficult to keep the amount of feed out per hour constant. In addition, in this type of spreading machine, it is necessary to pull out the end of the rolled fabric on the support member and attach it to the feed roll before operation, and also to remove the rolled fabric from the main body of the spreading machine. With this method, it is necessary to remove the leading end of the fabric from the feed roll and wind it all up onto a support member, but conventional methods rely on manual labor for this work, which has the disadvantage of being inefficient. It was hot.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a fabric spreading machine which can perform fabric spreading and also automate the work of loading and unloading cloth onto and from a feed roll to improve the efficiency of the fabric spreading work.

On the other hand, the main body 4 of the spreading machine is placed on the workbench 1 so as to run in the longitudinal direction of the workbench 1 by means of running wheels 5 that are mounted on the main body 4, and the main body 4 of the spreading machine is The running wheels 5 are driven by a built-in motor M, and the spreading machine main body 4 is driven forward or backward toward the catcher 3. A supporting stand 6 that can be horizontally rotated is mounted on the main body 4 of the spreading machine, and the upper surface of the supporting stand 6 has a tapered edge surface 6a having a downward slope in the running direction of the main body 4 of the spreading machine. formed in
A support shaft 8 of a long cloth 7 wound into a roll is mounted on this tapered edge surface 6a via a suitable bearing material (not shown).
The support shaft 8 is adapted to move on the tapered edge surface 6a by its own weight in accordance with the amount of the elongated cloth 7 fed out. Next to the tapered edge surface 6a, an unraveling roll 9 having a non-slip layer such as urethane rubber or felt on its surface is supported on the support base 6, and is wound into a roll by being driven by a motor M2, which will be described later. In order to unravel the long cloth 7 one after another,
In other words, it is designed to be pulled out in the form of a sheet. Further, below the unraveling roll 9, there is a unraveling auxiliary roll 1 having a smaller diameter than the unraveling roll 9.
0 is pivotally supported as will be described later, and the long fabric 7 which is sequentially unraveled by the unraveling roll 9 is once guided in contact with the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 and sent out downward. Below the support stand 6, a belt conveyor 11 is horizontally mounted on the main body 4 of the spreader and driven to rotate in the running direction of the main body, the surface of which has been subjected to slip prevention treatment. Adjacent to the end in the running direction of the feed roll 13, which also has an anti-slip layer, is pivotally supported by the spreader main body 4, and is rotationally driven by a motor M3. are interlocked and connected by a transmission means 14 such as a chain, so that the belt conveyor 11 rotates synchronously with the delivery roll 13. In this case, as another embodiment, as shown in FIG. The feed roll 13 and the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 are interlocked and connected by a transmission means 14' such as a chain, and the interlocking state is cut off by a switching means 15 such as an electromagnetic clutch, so that the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 becomes independent. It may also be possible to make it possible to rotate freely. Therefore, the long fabric 7 unraveled by the unraveling roll 9
is delivered onto a belt conveyor 11, and by this belt conveyor 11, the long fabric 7 is appropriately led out through an auxiliary belt conveyor 12 to a delivery roll 13, and via the delivery roll 13, the long fabric 7 is processed. It is designed to be fed out one after another onto table 1. In addition, in Figure 2, 1 in the figure
6 is a photoelectric detector that detects the position of the edge of the cloth 6;
Based on the signal from this photoelectric detector 16, the support base 6
is adjusted by a servo mechanism (not shown) in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the cloth spreading machine main body 4, that is, the cloth 7 is adjusted to move in the width direction of the cloth 7, so that the edge of the cloth 7 is adjusted when it is fed out. I'm trying to align it. In addition, lifting brackets 1 are installed on both side walls of the lower front end of the main body 4 of the spreading machine.
7, 17 are attached so that they can be raised and lowered, and this lifting bracket 17
, 17 are moved up and down by a lifting mechanism (not shown) provided inside the spreader main body 4. And the final guide roll 18 is attached to these lifting brackets 17, 17.
A cutter unit 19 is attached so that the cloth 7 is fed out to a predetermined height position on the workbench 1, and the cloth 7 is cut in the width direction at the predetermined feeding position. FIG. 4 is a detailed view showing the horizontal rotation mechanism of the support stand 6, in which the support stand 6 is supported by a thrust bearing 20, a radial bearing 21, and a ball bearing 22 on the spreading machine main body 4 so as to be horizontally rotatable. , a sprocket 24 is attached to a support shaft 23 which is integrally extended and suspended from the support base 6, and the support base 6 is extended by the rotation of the sprocket 24 which is transmitted by a drive mechanism such as a motor and a chain (not shown). The machine body 4 can be rotated freely in the traveling direction and the counter-travelling direction.

(See Figure 4b). FIGS. 5A and 5B are detailed views showing the shaft support state of the unraveling roll 9 and the unraveling auxiliary roll 10, and the unraveling auxiliary rail 10 supports the shaft of the unraveling roll 9 as shown in FIG. 28 and is supported by an arm 30 which is provided with a bearing 29, and therefore the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 is supported by its support shaft 31.
It is installed so that it can freely rotate by a bearing 32 provided on the arm 30, and is supported by the bearing 29 provided on the arm 30 so as to be able to move forward and backward of the unraveling roll 9. As shown in FIG. 5a, the arm 30 is pivotally connected to a swinging rod 34 of a rotary solenoid 33 provided on the support base 6 via a connecting rod 35, and the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 is connected as shown in the figure. It is made to protrude to the position indicated by the solid line, and therefore can be switched between a position in which it contacts the long cloth 7 and a retreated position indicated by the chain line. Another feature of the present invention is that the arm 30 is provided with a long hole 36 in its longitudinal direction, and the support shaft 31 of the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 is supported through the arm 30, so that the auxiliary roll 10 is inserted into the long hole 36. By moving along the unraveling roll 9, the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 can be brought into contact with the unraveling roll 9, so that the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 can be rotated in a direction opposite to the rotating direction of the unraveling roll 9. For example, when winding up the long fabric 7 that has been fed out into a roll, the unwinding roll 9 rotates in the winding direction and the unwinding roll 9 contacts the roll 9 and rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction. Auxiliary roll 10
This is to apply a slight tension to the fabric 7 by utilizing the resistance of the fabric 7 that tries to pull the fabric 7 in opposite directions by contacting both rolls between the rolls. If the configuration is like this, first move the spreader main body 4 forward and move the catcher 3.
The catcher 3 fixes the tip of the cloth 7 led out from the lower front end of the spreader main body 4 onto the workbench 1, and then the running wheels 5 and the unraveling roll 9
, drive motors Ml, M2, M4, M3 of the belt conveyor 11 and the feeding roll 13 are operated synchronously to move the spreading machine main body 4 backward, and at the same time, the unraveling roll 9, the belt conveyor 11 and the feeding roll 13 are operated synchronously. By letting out the cloth 7 using the roll 13 at a speed of unraveling, drawing out, and feeding out corresponding to the backward running speed of the sheet spreading machine main body 4,
The cloth 7 can be spread out on the workbench 1.

スムーズに繰出すことができる。After a predetermined amount of the fabric 7 has been fed out, the spreading machine main body 4, the unraveling roll 9, the belt conveyor 11 and the feed roll 13 are stopped, and the cutting unit 19 is operated to cut the fabric 7. Next, the lifting mechanism is operated to raise the lifting brackets 7 and 17 by a predetermined amount, thereby raising the cutting unit and the final guide roll 18 by an amount corresponding to the thickness dimension of the cloth 7, and then lifting the sheet spreading machine main body. 4 is advanced to bring its front end close to the catch, thereby completing one cycle of operation. By repeating the above cycle a plurality of times, a plurality of pieces of the cloth 7 can be stacked on the workbench 1. According to the present invention, the roll-shaped long fabric 7 placed on the support stand 6 is not directly delivered to the workbench 1 by the delivery roll 13, but is unwound before reaching the delivery roll 13. Since the roll 9 and the belt conveyor 11 are interposed, when the position of the edge of the fabric 7 is detected and the fabric 7 is moved and adjusted in its width direction, it passes through the unraveling roll 9 and the belt conveyor 11. The fabric 7 can be fed out while smoothly adjusting its movement in the width direction, and can be fed out sequentially from the feeding roll 13 to the workbench 1 with the edges aligned. Because the fabric 7 is sent out by the synchronized drive of the three members, no tension is applied to the fabric 7 during transport, and therefore, even relatively thin fabrics will not warp or stretch or shrink. It can be rolled out smoothly.

送り出すことができる。Furthermore, for the same reason, even when using thin fabrics such as jeans or synthetic leather with a large diameter, slipping may occur between the fabric and the above-mentioned three delivery means. Therefore, it is possible to accurately spread the paper by always feeding it out at a predetermined feeding speed from the beginning of unwinding to the paper roll. At this time, the belt conveyor 11 and the feed roll 13
The feed roll 13 is interlocked and connected to the feed roll 13 so as to be driven in synchronization with the feed roll 13.
By appropriately interposing the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 that can be switched to freely rotate independently of the cloth 7, the cloth 7 is normally fed without being subjected to tension as described above, and the cloth 7 is conveyed without being subjected to tension, and the material 7 is conveyed without being subjected to tension. When you want to apply a slight tensile force to remove horizontal wrinkles, such as in the case of cloth with slight curls, the feed roll 13 and the auxiliary belt conveyor 1 are used.
2 and put the auxiliary belt conveyor 12 in an idling state, the fabric 7 moving on the belt conveyor is fed out with slight tension by the feed roll 13. By this method, horizontal wrinkles etc. of the fabric can be removed. Further, according to the present invention, the unwinding auxiliary roll 10 that contacts the long fabric 7 unwound from the unwinding roll 9 onto the belt conveyor 11 in a separable manner is pivotally supported on the spreading machine main body 4. Therefore, vertical wrinkles generated in the long fabric 7 due to contact resistance when the long fabric 7 contacts the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 can be eliminated, and the long fabric 7 can be sent out on the belt conveyor 11.

It must be wound up into a roll accurately without any problems. On the other hand, in the present invention, the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 is pivotally supported on the support base 6 so as to be able to move toward and away from the unraveling roll 9, so that the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 can be manually operated as appropriate. By bringing it into contact with the unraveling roll 9, a slight tensile force is applied to the fabric 7 between the unraveling roll 9 rotating in the winding direction and the unraveling auxiliary roll 10 rotating in the opposite direction. As a result, the wrinkles that occur on the fabric 7 can be eliminated and the rolled long fabric 7 can be rewound accurately and neatly into a roll on the support stand 6. When removing it, it can be removed in its original, precisely wound state. In this embodiment, a structure in which the support stand 6 on which the long fabric 7 is mounted is rotated horizontally with respect to the main body 4 of the fabric spreading machine is shown. Of course, a structure in which the machine body 4 is integrally formed, that is, a structure in which a support portion is integrally provided on the upper part of the spreader body 4 is also included.
