Until now, many inventions and ideas have been filed regarding patch pen materials that can form letters and designs on fabrics such as shirts with groups of short fibers standing upright on the surface of fabrics such as shirts. However, no patent application has yet been filed for a patch material that can form character designs by densely planting short yarns such as spun yarns and filaments on the surface of fabrics such as shirts.

When you pull out one end of the loop of this terry cloth and pull it out, you will eventually have only the woven or non-woven fabric that is the base fabric of the terry cloth, but if you cut the loops of the woven towel fabric at appropriate locations, you can pull it out as described above. The operation was found to be interrupted.

Also, when I used a rake on one side of this toweling fabric to cut off the apex folds of all the loops, I found that the series of woven threads were perpendicular to each other in a U-shape due to the woven or nonwoven fabric that is the base fabric of the toweling fabric. When the terry cloth was held in a woven state and the top folds of all the loops were cut off with a rake on both sides, the series of woven threads was found to be the base fabric of the terry cloth. It was found that the fibers were held in woven or nonwoven fabrics as short yarns in a perpendicular state.

In the former case, glue the loops of the terrycloth to any surface of the folded apex of the loop on the side where the loop is not cut, and in the latter case, glue it to any surface of the cut section of the loop on any surface. After applying the agent and adhering it to the fabric, when the towel fabric and the fabric were separated, the towel fabric was peeled off as a base fabric, woven or non-woven fabric, and the fabric had short woven threads densely planted on it. . The present invention was invented based on the results of this experiment.

One side 1a or both sides Ib of a towel-weave-like fabric 1, which is formed by repeatedly forming a loop weave using a series of threads so that each weave or mesh of a woven or nonwoven fabric has a loop. The folded part of two loops is cut off, and the folded part of one loop is cut off.
The towel weave-like fabric, which has been cut at the folded corners of both sides, is coated with an emulsion-type acrylic resin mixed with a thickener, softener, and pigment in a pattern on any side (see Figure 3). A weaving thread fixing bed 2 for fixing the weaving threads is formed, and a hot melt synthetic resin adhesive 4 in the form of powder or pellets is sprinkled on the weaving thread fixing bed surface 3, and then the above hot melt synthetic resin adhesive is heated. This is a patch material that is melted to some extent and fused to the floor surface on which the weaving threads are fixed.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, as shown in FIG. Alternatively, when heated and pressed using a hot press machine, etc., the hot melt fused to the weaving thread fixing bed 3 melts, and its properties penetrate into the weaves of the fabric surface such as a shirt, and the weaving thread adheres to the fabric surface of the shirt etc. It acts as an adhesive to the floor 3.

After this cools and condenses to bond them together, the patch material constructed as described above and the fabric surface of the shirt or the like are peeled off.
Then, the weaving yarn in the portion where the weaving yarn fixing bed 3 has been formed is bonded to the shirt surface via the weaving yarn fixing bed 3 as described above, and is attached to a series of towel-like fabrics 1 constituting the patch material. Since the vertices of the loops 2 of the weaving yarn are all cut off, everything other than the portion of the weaving yarn that is adhered to the fabric surface of the shirt or the like through the weaving yarn fixing bed 3 constitutes the wax pen material. It is peeled off from the surface of the fabric, such as a shirt, together with the towel-weave-like fabric 1. As a result, a weaving yarn fixed bed is formed on the surface of the fabric such as a shirt, and a pattern is formed by the weaving yarn according to the pattern.

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2, when one side of the towel weave-like fabric is cut and subjected to the above-mentioned processing, the above-mentioned process is performed, and each of the woven and non-woven fabrics that are the base fabric of the towel-weave-like fabric is removed. The loops that emerge from the mesh are the ends of the weaving threads that form the loops on the opposite side of the loop-revealing surface of the base fabric, that is, the loop cutting surface. When it is fixed to the fixed bed 3, it will be exposed independently from the weave and mesh, so follow the explanation in Figure 2 and glue it to the fabric surface such as a shirt in the same way. After carrying out the work to do this, when the towel-like fabric forming the watupen material is torn off, the loops form the base fabric of the towel-like fabric, such as the weave of the woven fabric or non-woven fabric. A design with loops densely planted is formed on the surface of the shirt, etc., through the mesh. (See FIG. 4) The parts other than the weaving yarn fixed bed forming part are removed in the same state as explained in the explanation section of FIG. 2. The woven yarn fixed bed is formed by a method such as screen printing, and because it fulfills the above function, it is necessary to have a melting point temperature higher than that of the hot melt adhesive and to form it on a fabric surface such as a shirt. It was necessary for the pattern consisting of a group of woven yarns to be synchronous with the expansion and contraction of fabrics such as shirts, so the composition was made by mixing thickeners, softeners, and pigments with emulsion-type acrylic resin. .

It goes without saying that the patch material described above can be colored and printed while it is in the state of a towel-like fabric before being formed into the patch material, or after it has been made into the patch material having the above structure. The woven thread pattern formed on the fabric surface of shirts and the like using this wax pen material has a soft texture.

1. One side 1a or both sides 1b of towel-like fabric 1, which is made by repeating loop weaving using a series of threads so that loops are exposed in each mesh of a woven fabric or non-woven fabric.
Cut off the folded part of two loops and cut the folded part of one loop.Cut the folded part of the loop of towel-like fabric at the top of the loop.Cut the folded corners of the loops on both sides on the cut side. Weaving thread fixation is applied to any surface of the removed towel-like fabric (see Figure 3), in which a resin consisting of an emulsion type acrylic resin, thickener, softener, and pigment is applied in a pattern to fix the weaving threads. After forming the bed 2 and sprinkling hot melt synthetic resin adhesive 4 in the form of powder or pellets on the floor surface 3 to which the weaving threads are fixed, heating is performed to melt the hot melt synthetic resin adhesive to some extent and fix the weaving threads. Watupen material is characterized by being fused to the floor surface.
