このため、プレス加工品取り出し供給装置の吸着アーム
のストロークを、前工程のプレスとプレス加工品反転装
置との間、及びプレス加工品反転装置と後工程のプレス
との間で、異なつて定めなければならず、加工品の送り
方向の寸法が変更になつたり、加工品の反転が不必要に
なつたりした場合の対応がむずかしかつた。本発明の目
的は、加工品の位置を反転前と反転後とで変らないよう
にすることができ、しかも反転に要する時間を短くする
ことができ、加工品送り方向の寸法の大きい加工品でも
反転することができるプレス加工品反転装置を提供する
ことである。

タ9、9’は加工品受部材7、7’を第2図に示される
受位置と加工品1の反転軌跡外の下受位置とのいずれか
の位置に配置するために軸6、6’を駆動する。ベース

動用エアシリンダ24が復帰動作し、ホルダIT)ホル
ダ治具19、取付腕20及び吸着器21は水平位置に復
帰する。それによつて吸着器21が加工品1の平面に接
触し、吸着器21が動作することによつて加工品1が保
持される。受部材用回転アクチユエータ9,9’が動作
して、加工品受部材T,7’は第2図矢印方向に回転し
、受位置から不受位置へと移動する。次に反転駆動用エ
アシリンダ2Tが動作して、ラツク26を上昇させ、ピ
ニオン25を時計方向に回転させる。したがつて反転軸
15は180゜回転する。反転軸15の回転中心は加工
品1の加工品送り方向に直角な中心16に一致している
ので、反転軸15の回転によつてホルダIT)ホルダ治
具19、取付腕20及び吸着器21と共に加工品1は反
転する。反転後、受部材用回転アクチユエータ9,9’
が復帰動作することによつて加工品受部材T,T’が受
位置に戻り、吸着器21が吸着を解除した時に加工品1
を受ける。この状態で、プレス加工品取り出し供給装置
の吸着アームが加工品1を吸着して、後工程のプレスへ
運ぶ。次の加工品1を反転する時には、吸着器21が上
向きのまま加工品1を保持し、反転駆動用エアシリンダ
2Tが復帰動作して、ラツク26及びピニオン25を介
して反転軸15を復帰させると、加工品1は反転する。
即ち反転軸15の一往復回転によつて二枚の加工品1が
反転される。したがつて効率がよい。但し反転軸15の
往回転によつてのみ加工品1を反転させるようにしても
よいことほ勿論である。本発明においては、加工品を加
工品送り方向と直角な加工品の中心で反転させるように
したから、加工品の位置を反転前と反転後とで変らない
ようにすることができる。
