Folded plate roofs made of long iron plates have traditionally been used as roofing materials for gas stations and prefabricated buildings.Folded plate roofs have high folded plates and good cross-sectional properties, so they can be used as heavy structural materials to improve space between beams. It can be enlarged to create a seamless roof.

However, the bright windows on the side walls do not allow enough outdoor light to reach every corner of the long building.
Separate lighting equipment such as electrolyte must be installed on the indoor ceiling, etc.

Therefore, in a building using a roof of the above-mentioned folded plate structure, the present inventor provided a transparent hole for letting in light in the sloping abdomen connecting the peaks and valleys of the folded plate, and connected this transparent hole to a light-transmitting material. If you block it with roof panels, you can freely and sufficiently bring in outdoor light to various parts of the building through the roof panels in buildings such as simple warehouses and garages that do not have ceiling panels. We have come up with the idea that it is possible to solve the problem of bringing in outdoor light through a bright window.

A transparent hole for lighting is provided in the abdomen connecting the peaks and valleys of the long iron plate, and the periphery of the hole in the abdomen surrounding the hole is depressed to a predetermined width to form a stepped portion. A synthetic resin transparent material is formed to a size and thickness that can be accommodated in the stepped portion to cover the hole, and has elastic tabs protruding from predetermined positions on the periphery of the back side and integrally provided at appropriate intervals. providing a porous member;
The permeable member is pushed into the step part covering the through hole to elastically deform the claw piece, and the claw piece is latched to the back surface of the stepped part and fixed within the step part, and the abdominal surface and transparent part are fixed. To provide a folding plate for a roof, which is formed by pasting a waterproof tape covering the gap between the roofing member and the roofing member.

Further, a waterproof tape 28 is pasted between the peripheral edge of the transparent hole 14 into which the transparent member 22 is fitted and the periphery of the transparent member 22. Raindrops and the like are prevented from entering the attic through the gap 30 formed between the roof and the surrounding area.

In order to further improve waterproofness, after caulking the gap 30 between the through hole 14 and the periphery of the permeable member 22 using a flexible putty, etc., the surface is further covered with the waterproof tape 28. It may be covered, and in this case, the flexibility of the waterproof tape or putty covers the difference in expansion rates between iron and synthetic resin, making it completely waterproof.

In addition, even in places where buildings are densely packed, the roof part does not cast shadows from relatively narrow buildings, so it is less likely to be affected by the season compared to bringing outdoor light into the building through bright windows on the side walls of the building. Regardless of the location, it is possible to bring in sufficient outdoor light to any part of the building.

Furthermore, in the manufacturing process of the roof folding plate according to the present invention, a transparent hole is punched in the abdomen and a step is provided on the periphery of the plate, and then a translucent member is fitted into the transparent hole to form a flexible waterproof plate. All you need to do is cover the periphery of the step with tape, and the waterproof tape covers the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between steel and synthetic resin, and it is possible to manufacture roof folding plates extremely easily and quickly.

In addition, if a transparent material such as a synthetic resin becomes browned over time and its transparency deteriorates, or if the transparent material is damaged by a direct hit from an electric source, etc. too,
The translucent member can be easily taken out from within the step by simply applying waterproof tape and deforming the claw piece in a direction that releases the hook from the back surface of the step against its elastic force. It can be easily replaced with a new permeable member.

In addition, a stepped portion is provided around the through hole so that the perforated member can be stored in the stepped portion, covering the through hole, so that unnecessary protrusions are not formed on the abdominal surface and the appearance is good. Since the waterproof tape is adhered substantially flat to the surface of the abdomen and the surface of the permeable member, the tube has good sealing performance and various remarkable effects.
