This is a mobile freight car acceleration/deceleration device (hereinafter simply referred to as a freight car moving body). The mobile freight car acceleration/deceleration device 2 includes a signal receiving device 3, an operation control device 4, an abnormality detecting device 5, an abnormality storage device 6, a signal transmitting device, T, and an abnormality memory reset switch 8. When the signal receiving device 3 in the moving body 2 receives a driving command from the central management device 115, this driving command is given to the driving control device 4, and the freight car moving body 2 starts driving.

Unless this cancellation operation is performed, the freight car moving body 2 will not be able to receive driving commands from the central management device 1 or freight car movement. It is also maintained in a state where it cannot be operated by a command from a terminal detection device (not shown) of the body 2 or the like. Therefore, once an abnormality occurs in the freight car moving body 2, no matter what the abnormality is, it is necessary to go to the freight car moving body 2 one by one and investigate the abnormal condition before operating the abnormality memory reset switch 8. However, the drawbacks were that it took a long time to recover and the recovery work was troublesome.

The present invention is characterized in that the storage device in which the abnormality signal is stored is reset, the reproducibility check operation of the moving body is performed, and if the abnormality is not reproduced, the normal state is restored.

常記憶装置である。In addition, 9 is an anomaly discrimination device, in which all detected anomalies are classified and set in advance into anomalies that can be checked for reproducibility and anomalies that cannot be checked for reproducibility. By comparing the signal with the abnormality detection signal sent from the abnormality detection device 5, it is determined which abnormality the abnormality is. ? An abnormality that can be checked for current is an abnormality that can be checked and is dangerous when a driving command for reproducibility check is given to the freight car moving body from the outside and the freight car is operated for reproducibility check. This is an abnormality that does not result in a state, such as false detection due to temporary noise, temperature rise of the linear motor, failure to turn off the proximity switch for position detection on the road, etc.
Other examples of abnormalities that cannot be checked for reproducibility include, for example, failure to turn off the proximity switch for wheel detection.
Reference numerals 10 and 11 refer to a reproducibility checkable abnormality storage device that stores the abnormality detection signals discriminated by the abnormality discriminating device 9 separately, that is, into an abnormality signal that allows reproducibility check and an abnormality signal that cannot perform reproducibility check. This is an abnormal storage device that cannot be checked.

When an abnormality detection signal is output from the abnormality detection device 5, the abnormality determination device 9 determines whether or not this abnormality is an abnormality that can be checked for reproducibility, and is determined to be an abnormality that can be checked for reproducibility or an abnormality that cannot be checked for reproducibility. The abnormality contents are stored in one of the storage devices 11.

When this abnormality signal is received, a driving command for reproducibility check is output to the freight car moving body 2. The driving command for this reproducibility check is sent to the signal receiving device 3 of the freight car moving body 2.
The data is received by the controller and sent to the reproducibility checkable error storage device 10, as well as provided to the operation control device 4. Therefore, when the abnormality is a reproducibility checkable abnormality and is stored in the reproducibility checkable abnormality storage device 10, the storage device 10 is reset by the operation command and the operation control device 4 is locked. Since this is canceled, the freight car moving body 2 starts driving for reproducibility check.

Furthermore, if an abnormality that can be checked for reproducibility occurs again during the reproducibility check operation, the freight car moving body 2 is stopped and an abnormality signal is sent to the central control device 1, as described above. Since the central control unit has issued the abnormality signal twice, it does not output the operation command for reproducibility check again, and prevents the freight car from entering the track where the mobile object 2 where the abnormality has occurred is located. Switch. When the abnormality is an abnormality whose reproducibility cannot be checked and is stored in the reproducibility-uncheckable abnormality storage device 11, the reset switch 8 resets the storage device 11 as in the conventional example shown in FIG. It goes without saying that unless set, the operation control device 4 will remain locked and the freight car moving body 2 will not be operated in accordance with normal operation commands, reproducibility check operation commands, etc. from the central control device 1. .

The content of the abnormality can be determined by the central management device 1, and it becomes possible to perform appropriate control corresponding to the content of each abnormality. Also,

That is, in this embodiment, if an abnormality that can be checked for reproducibility occurs again during the reproducibility check operation as described in the previous embodiment, the reproducibility of the abnormal state is determined from the reproducibility checkable abnormality storage device 10. Since the error is output to the device 12 twice, the abnormal state reproducibility determining device 12 counts this number and outputs it to the reproducibility check impossible error storage device 11 to switch to an abnormality that cannot be checked for reproducibility.

The reproducibility check operation of the moving object is performed by giving specific operation commands, and if the abnormality does not recur, it is restored to normal condition. It is possible to quickly and easily recover from checkable abnormalities.
