[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a simple and completely waterproof construction method for heat insulating and heat insulating materials for pipe joints. Cover the outer periphery of the insulation material of each of the two pipes with a slightly larger diameter PVC hose, fold back the extra long ends, and cover the outer periphery of the bonded parts where they butt together. This method is characterized by a construction method in which two pieces of PVC pipe are placed on top of the pipe, and the folded parts of the PVC hose are inserted into each other, overlapped, and tightened with stainless steel bands.

3 and 4 are heat insulating materials coated on the tube bodies, and the butt-bonded parts of the tube bodies have not been installed. The tube bodies are covered with PVC hoses 5 and 6, respectively, which have a diameter slightly larger than the tube diameter, and are drawn in. After folding back the extra-long ends 5' and 6', and covering the bonded parts with a heat insulating material 7, cover the two halves of the PVC pipes 8 and 9, and place the ends 5 of the PVC hose on top of it. ``, 6'' are inserted and overlapped with each other, and then tightened with stainless steel bands 10, 11.

Therefore, the insulation material was covered with PVC hose to make it completely waterproof, and at the same time, the pipe joints were reinforced and fixed with PVC pipe on top of the insulation material, a double layer of PVC hose was placed on top of that, and a band was further tightened. Therefore, it is completely waterproof with no room for moisture to infiltrate, and construction is extremely easy and does not require any skill.

Although the above steps are performed directly on-site, it is also a good idea to pull in the PVC hose in advance for indirect work.

In other words, in the case of steel pipes that are of a fixed length, the steel pipes are treated to prevent rust before construction, and then immediately coated with heat insulating material and a PVC hose is placed over it. It is possible to omit the work of pulling in the hose.

In this case, there is good adhesion between the insulation material and the PVC hose, which is expected to improve workability and quality.

In the case of underground pipes, which conventionally require insulation,
For waterproofing, wrap 1 piece of jute over the insulation material as shown in Figure 3.

Therefore, it is necessary to construct a concrete trough around the pipe 13 in order to take into account the possibility of water seepage, and then install a drain pipe 14, which requires double and triple construction to make it moisture-proof and waterproof, and it is also necessary to check the drainage from time to time. There were problems with the completeness and economic efficiency of the construction.
