Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は家庭の台所から出る 芥を衛生的に処理する厨
芥処理装置に関するもので、脱水用スピンナーの目づま
り防止と脱水効率の向上を目的としたものである。

の一実施例を図面にもとずいて説明する。

如く回転板12に設けたブラシホルダー21に若干の遊
びを持たせて取付けてある。

ナー14の上端開口縁からはじき飛ばされて 芥放出口
22からダストボツクス23のポリ袋26内に自動的に
排出される。ここでこの厨芥処理装置ではスピンナー1
4の内面に飛散した厨芥をブラシ体20,20′,20
7によつて強制的に上方へと押し上げるようになるので
、スピンナー14の内面に附着した厨芥を確実に排出さ
せることができる。

下段に位置するブラシ体20によつてまず一段上方に押
し上げられ、次に中断に位置するブラシ体20a′のブ
ラシ20a′によつてさらに一段上方に押し上げられ等
してスピンナー14の上部開口縁から排出されるが、そ
の一段づつ上方に押し上げられる間、厨芥はスピンナー
14とともにブラシ体に対して一回転するのでその間に
十分に脱水され、その脱水効率はさらに向上する。また
この実施例の装置ではブラシ体20,20′,207が
回転板12の回転によつてスピンナー14と同様に回転
し、しかもこのスピンナー14の回転よりも少し遅く回
転するので、スピンナー14に対してブラシ体20,2
σ,20″が一回転するのに時間がかかることになり、
厨芥の脱水もさらに良好に行なうる利点がある。

れなくなるようなこともなく、その脱水効果は高いもの
が得られ、かつスピンナー等の小型化も図れる等、その
効果は大なるものがある。
