In a hand knitting machine equipped with a sorting member for sorting knitting needles back and forth as they move, the knitting needles selected by the sorting member are used for knitting to give knitting action, and for stitches to give movement for stitch transfer. Each carriage for transfer is provided, and in particular, the knitting carriage is configured to be able to move independently on the needle bed in the same manner as the moving body, and either one of the two carriages is integrally connected to the moving body, By moving on the needle bed, the knitting needles are sorted by the sorting member of the movable body, and the selected knitting needles are immediately operated by a knitting carriage to form a stitch, or a stitch transfer carriage is used to move the stitches. This relates to a hand knitting machine that allows a wide variety of functions to be selected, such as transferring stitches between knitting needles.

選別片44が回転する。To explain the above specifically, as the movable body 21 moves in one direction on the needle bed 2, the needle selection member that has stored the signal of a certain signal train of the signal card 13 by the previous movement in the other direction,
This time, it is on the front side in the moving direction, and due to the engagement of the gear 36 with the rack 6, the spool 35 rotates together with the signal memory piece 37, which was placed in the solid line position or the chain line position according to the signal of the signal train of the signal card 13 during the previous movement. At the same time, the spool 42 and the knitting needle selection piece 44 rotate due to the engagement of the gear 43 with the gear 36.

The pressure receiving piece 45 is scooped up by the signal transmitting portion 39 of the signal memory piece 37 which is in the solid line position, and is swung to the non-acting position as shown by the chain line, thereby causing the contact plate 46 to be in contact with the rear side. Since the knitting needles have moved to a position where they do not contact the butt, needle selection is performed in which the knitting needles 7 corresponding to the contact plates 46 located at the solid line position are moved forward as the spool 42 rotates.

When passing in front of row No. 5, the signal card 13 remains the same as before, so there is no change in the memory of all signal memory pieces 37 and the arrangement of the solid lines and chain lines of the knitting needle selection piece 44, and the selection member 32 has finished passing in front of the row of card reading strips 15, and just before the sorting member 32 on the rear side in the moving direction passes in front of the row of card reading strips 15, the signal card 13 is sent to convert the signal string, At the same time, each signal memory piece 3T of the sorting member 32 on the rear side in the moving direction is aligned to the chain line position to erase the memory, and the knitting needle selecting piece 44 is aligned to the solid line position.

The protrusion 38 is placed on the pressure-sensitive surface 17 of the card reading piece 15, which makes the signal touch piece 16 correspond to the non-perforated part of the signal card, by swinging it as shown by the chain line, without changing the posture at the position indicated by the chain line. The contacting signal memory piece 37 is pushed back by the protrusion 38 and becomes the solid line position.

極く簡易化できる進歩性をもつ。The present invention has the configuration clarified by the description of each of the embodiments described above, and includes a movable body including a sorting member that sorts knitting needles back and forth as the needle bed moves in the direction in which the knitting needles are arranged, and A knitting carriage that moves the selected knitting needles on the needle bed and gives knitting motion to form stitches, and a stitch transfer carriage that gives movement for stitch transfer to transfer the stitches between the knitting needles. The machine is equipped with one of the two types of carriages and the movable body, one of the two carriages and the movable body are integrally connected by a connecting means and moved on the needle bed, and sort the knitting needles back and forth and form stitches, or It is possible to link the two functions of front and back sorting of knitting needles and stitch transfer, and to make the selection of the connection possible by a linking means provided between the movable body and both carriages, and the operation of the hand knitting machine is It has an inventive step that can greatly simplify the process.

The present invention is constructed such that selecting sections which act on the knitting needles are arranged at intervals in the direction in which the knitting needles are arranged, and the knitting operation or stitch transfer operation of the carriage connected to the movable body is performed between the two selecting sections. Therefore, it is possible to selectively connect the movable bodies having different functions to the two types of carriages, thereby making it possible to closely connect them.

A first sorting section such as a sorting member 111 that causes a positional difference in the sorting pieces, and a second sorting section such as a sorting cam 109 that sorts the knitting needles after the operation based on the needle sorting pieces. The first sorting section operates the knitting needle sorting piece independently of the knitting operation or stitch transfer operation of the knitting needles to produce a positional difference. The operation of generating a positional difference between the knitting needle sorting pieces by the sorting section can be caused in parallel with the movement on the needle bed and independently of each other.

In a hand knitting machine in which a moving body that moves in the direction in which knitting needles are arranged on a needle bed is provided with a sorting member for sorting knitting needles back and forth as the moving body moves, said sorting member a knitting carriage for applying a knitting action to the knitting needles selected by the sorting member to form a stitch, and a stitch transfer carriage for transferring the stitches by applying a motion for transferring the stitches to the knitting needles also selected by the sorting member, Between the knitting carriage, the stitch transfer carriage, and the movable body, one of the two carriages and the movable body are integrally connected, and the knitting carriage and the movable body or the stitch transfer carriage and the movable body are connected. A hand knitting machine characterized by being provided with a connecting means that allows the selected parts to be moved integrally. 2 The sorting member has a sorting part that sorts the knitting needles when the movable body moves in one direction of the knitting needle array direction and a sorting part that sorts the knitting needles when the movable body moves in the other direction, with an interval in the knitting needle array direction. The hand knitting machine according to claim 1, wherein the hand knitting machine is configured such that the knitting operation or the stitch transfer operation of the carriage connected to the movable body is carried out between the two sorting sections. 3. The sorting member has a part that causes a positional difference between the knitting needle sorting pieces provided in a one-to-one relationship with the knitting needles while the carriage connected to the movable body is performing the knitting operation or the stitch transfer operation. 3. The hand knitting machine according to claim 1, further comprising one sorting section and a second sorting section that sorts the knitting needles after the operation based on the knitting needle sorting piece. 4. The hand knitting device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the connecting means is configured to integrally move the movable body and one of the carriages detachably connected to the movable body. Machine. 5. The connecting means is composed of a first connecting part provided on the movable body and a second connecting part provided on both carriages corresponding to the first connecting part, and the second connecting part is 4. The hand knitting machine according to claim 1, wherein the hand knitting machine is configured to be selectively disposed in a position where it acts on the first connecting part and a position where it does not act on the first connecting part.
