This invention relates to a sizing machine's glue penetration promotion and fluff-covering device for the purpose of smoothing.

For example, a properly damp towel absorbs water much better than a dry towel.

By storing hot water 10 that maintains a constant temperature, the lower humidifying fluff roller 11 that is immersed in this is heated and rotates at an appropriate temperature, so that the hot water adhering to the surface of the roller is transferred to the surface of the opposing humidifying fluff upper roller 12. will be supplied with hot water.

Since it is desirable that the warp yarns 1 have sufficient water content to retain water and have enough flexibility to allow the warp yarns to sink properly, the constant warp yarns 1 are sent out and form fiber aggregates when passing between the humidifying fluffing rollers 11 and 12. 42b can be absorbed over a wide surface area, and since the rotational speed of the lower roller 11 is slightly slower than the warp speed, the upper roller 12 and the warp 1 rotate in contact with this. The fuzz of the warp threads, which are squeezed and progress in a state where they are sunken into the fiber aggregate 12b (see Fig. 3), changes from the irregular jumbled state shown in Fig. 2 1a to the state shown in Fig. 1b. The warp yarns 1 are fluffed in the yarn direction, treated at an appropriate temperature, and sent in this state to the sizing section A. The warp yarns 1, which are given an appropriate humidity, allow the sizing liquid 3 to penetrate well and make the core sizing effective. can.

There is no problem with heat conduction.

The fiber aggregate showed good results experimentally, and on the other hand, when covering the sponge, good results were initially obtained, but it turned into a linear film in a short period of time and lost surface flexibility, making it unsuitable from a durability point of view. A humidified fluffed upper roller covered with a material with appropriate moisture content and flexibility is placed in contact with the upper roller, and the warp threads are sent out in contact with this upper roller, so that the warp threads sink into the outer covering layer of the contact roller. Since the appropriate amount of moisture is applied, the penetration of the size liquid into the glued area is good, and at the same time, the glue can be glued while the fabric is fluffed up, achieving good results that cannot be achieved with existing glue processing.
