Conventional printing (copying) and bookbinding technology (to)
General printing and bookbinding method A method of printing plates using the same camera print method, collating them, and binding them into a book (/0 After copying with a general copying machine, binding is performed with a bookbinding machine. Methods ←) Methods such as the Cameron system are mentioned. However, in these conventional techniques, the manuscript must be replaced manually, and the plate must be replaced each time the manuscript is replaced, and the cost increases depending on the type of plate used. When printed on sheets, there are disadvantages such as the need for collation and the need for a complicated bookbinding device. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it facilitates document exchange and control of pagination by converting manuscripts into microfilm, and platemaking by using an electrophotographic plate that can be used repeatedly. This method reduces costs and enables continuous repetition of plate making and copying, and relates to a method of copying on both sides of a roll of paper and then binding it online.

以下本発明を図面に従つて更に詳細に説明する。The present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.

The micro original 2 is set on the camera 18, and the magnification of the lens 3 is adjusted to align the pits. A reading mark is attached to the micro original 2 in advance, the reading mark is detected by a sensor, and the feeding can be controlled based on the difference. This film feed is inputted into a minicomputer using tape or a card.
It is also possible to control the feed using the signal. A semiconductor belt 6 is provided on the pit surface of the camera, and is made of a belt-shaped plate coated with a highly repeatable semiconductor such as phthalocyanine or amorphous selenium.
The charging unit 8 can charge the battery.

The micro original 2 is exposed to light through a lens system on the charged semiconductor belt 6, and then developed by the developing device 5, transferred onto a web 13, and fixed by the fixing heater 15. After the transfer, the semiconductor belt 6 is cleaned by a cleaning device 7 and prepared for the next charging. The paper roll 13 having the front surface copied undergoes a copying process on the back side while the tension is controlled by the tension control roller 16, and the same operations as described above are repeated to transfer and fix the paper onto the back surface of the paper roll. still,
The relationship between the front side copying process and the back side copying process is as shown in FIG. The light from the camera unit can be separated into front and back images by rotating a half mirror 4, and its control is done by reading a code attached to the microfilm to distinguish between front and back using a sensor, and depending on the code, the direction of rotation is determined. I am trying to change it. After copying, the rolled paper is folded into, for example, a sutra and bound into a book. The pagination will be as shown in Figure 3. First, transfer pages 1, 4, 5, 8, and 9 onto the surface of the paper in order,
After fixing, the image reaches the rear side copying unit along the route shown in FIG. During this time, the pitch of five pages is maintained by the dancer roller 1r. From then on, the front and back pages, i.e. pages 12 and 2, pages 13 and 3.
The pages will be transferred and fixed at the same time. The exposure pitch is such that after exposing both the front and back sides, the roll paper is 1
It is only necessary to feed the image by a page. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the speed of the paper path and the semiconductor belt and the exposure pitch according to the size of the image. As described above, the present invention uses a micronized roll film as a manuscript, so it is easy to change the manuscript and control pagination, and since it uses an endless electrophotographic plate with multi-repeatability, This has the effect of reducing plate making costs and allowing continuous repetition of plate making and copying.

1. In a method of folding and online binding a roll of electrophotographic copies obtained by transferring electrophotographic images onto both sides of a roll of paper, two endless electrophotographic plates are placed at right angles to each other with their exposed parts. Furthermore, while the web for transferring the toner image formed on each endless electrophotographic plate is synchronized with the moving speed of each endless electrophotographic plate, the web for transferring the toner image formed on each endless electrophotographic plate is A part of an optical system for projecting and exposing a desired image onto each electrophotographic plate is arranged so that the back side of the web is in contact with the other endless electrophotographic plate, and the other endless electrophotographic plate is moved. By rotating the half mirror that makes up the microfilm in 45 degree increments, the image on the microfilm can be freely enlarged and projected onto the exposed area of either electrophotographic plate, and then the rolled electrophotographic image is exposed. When enlarging and projecting the image on the microfilm onto each endless electrophotographic original plate so that the toner images transferred to the front and back sides of the copy are in page order when the copy is made into a sutra fold, one of the endless electrophotographic plates is first exposed. The desired number of images for the front surface is sequentially exposed, and after toner development, the toner images are sequentially transferred and fixed onto the surface of the web, and then the toner images on the web formed sequentially in the above steps and the other In order to ensure that the toner images transferred from the endless electrophotographic plates properly correspond to each other in page order on the front and back sides of the web, a dancer roller provided in the conveying means for the web is used to transfer the toner images between the transfer positions of each endless electrophotographic plate. After adjusting the distance between the webs, the images for the front side and the image for the back side, which were not subjected to image exposure in the above process in the microfilm, are transferred to the one endless electrophotographic plate and the other endless electrophotographic plate. The photographic plate is exposed to light alternately while being distributed by a half mirror that constitutes a part of the optical system, and after toner development, each toner image is sequentially transferred and fixed to the front and back sides of the web, and then the image for the front side is transferred to one side. After the exposure to the endless electrophotographic plate is completed, only the image for the back side of the microfilm that has not been subjected to image exposure in the above process is sequentially exposed to the other endless electrophotographic plate, and after toner development, the back side of the web is exposed. sequential transcription,
A continuous method characterized in that a roll-shaped electrophotographic copy is created by fixing, and then the electrophotographic copy on which toner images are formed in page order on the front and back of the roll is folded into a sutra book and then bound online. How to copy and bind.
