【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は湯沸し器等に供する有底容器に関し、板体で形
成された胴体と皿状の底板を母材溶接して容器を得るも
のであり、この溶接を極めて容易で確実なものとし、耐

部を溶接する方法があったが、この場合、第7図に示す
如く、溶接部aの肉厚は他の部分より薄くなるため溶解
後の冷却時に微細なりラックへか生じやすく、該溶接部
が腐食し易くなる欠点と、突合せ部には若干の隙間を伴
うため電弧溶接時に穴明きが生じやすく作業が極めて難
