ては之等の内容物の充填後に窒素ガス等の不活性ガスを
密封容器に封入する手段が一般に用いられているが、ガ

ためガス充填から打栓まで時間がかゝり、ガスの置換率
が悪くなつていた。又最近は容器口部上方から真空で陰
圧にして容器中の空気を抜き、ガス充填をして栓を締め
る方法も取られているが、ガス充填中栓を容器上方に保
持しておかなくてはならない事、真空時及びガス充填時
に容器口部を密閉状態にする室を形成して包囲しなけれ
ばならない事、輸液瓶の場合通気管中に陰圧のため輸液
が入つてしまう事、充填前に栓を容器口部にさし込んで
おかなければならない事等のため装置が複雑となり包装
