According to these methods, when manufacturing a laminated glass plate in which a plastic film having an adhesive layer on the surface is used as an interlayer film and glass plates are adhered to both sides of the interlayer, the adhesion between the adhesive layer and the glass plate is performed. A defoaming agent liquid having an appropriate surface tension and viscosity, such as a silicate ester liquid such as tetraoctyl silicate, is present on the surface, and when the plastic film is pressure-bonded to the glass plate, it is generated between the adhesive layer and the glass plate. A laminated glass sheet is produced by expelling air bubbles from the bonding surface together with a defoaming agent liquid.

A synthetic resin transparent film, especially both sides of a polyester resin film, that satisfies various requirements such as having the toughness to not break even if the board is destroyed, not changing dimensions due to changes in temperature and humidity, and being weather resistant. A pressure-sensitive adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is applied to the surface.

When adhering a double-sided adhesive film to the inner surface of a glass plate, a defoaming agent liquid is present between the glass plate surface and the adhesive layer to eliminate air bubbles generated or remaining between the glass plate and the film. When a film is pressed onto a glass plate with a roll, squeegee, etc., it is squeezed out from the adhesive surface along with the defoaming agent liquid.

It dissolves in the adhesive layer and prevents the appearance of bubbles during heat treatment that would otherwise occur if this treatment was not performed. The heat treatment rapidly improves the compatibility between the adhesive and the plasticizer, and significantly increases the adhesive strength between the film and the glass plate.
