DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a needle-pull knitted fabric, and more specifically, when producing a needle-pull knitted fabric using an ordinary circular knitting machine, the present invention relates to a method for producing a needle-pull knitted fabric without actually removing the needles from the knitting machine. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a nail-free knitted fabric.

Various types of needle-cut knitted fabrics have been produced as part of the diversification of circular knitted fabrics. However, when producing needle-cut knitted fabrics, it is necessary to remove the needles directly from the knitting machine, so The disadvantage is that it takes a lot of effort to manufacture the fabric, and the operating rate of the knitting machine is significantly reduced.

As a result of intensive studies to improve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present inventors have discovered that it is possible to produce needle-free knitted fabrics without actually removing the needles from the knitting machine, and have arrived at the present invention. The gist of this is that when manufacturing needle-pull knitted fabrics on a circular knitting machine, the part corresponding to the needles to be pulled out is regarded as part of the handle, and the cam is set, and the yarn feeder is used to knit the handle. By knitting without supplying yarn to the yarn, it is possible to obtain the desired needle-cut knitted fabric.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, needle-free knitted fabrics can be manufactured without actually removing the needles from the knitting machine, so it is very efficient and eliminates problems such as staining of the knitted fabric due to needle removal. Needleless knitted fabrics can be created easily and in a short time.

Using a Jacquard circular knitting machine of Example 20G, with the structure shown in the drawing, a 150 denier yarn-dyed polyester yarn was fed to the yarn feeder 1, and a wool yarn-dyed yarn of 1/40 MC was fed to the yarn feeder 2, In addition, when knitting was carried out without feeding yarn by setting the cam at the yarn feeder 3 to the mechanical position, a needleless knitted fabric with an excellent pattern was obtained in which needles were removed every other needle on both dials and cylinders.
