The bread cutting machine used here consists of a side plate and a bottom plate that are connected in an L-shape, and a mounting table for the bread to be cut that is slightly inclined in the longitudinal direction of the machine and is attached so that it can freely move back and forth with an appropriate stroke. There are many types that include a rotary knife and a cutting size adjustment plate arranged facing the front end of this mounting table, and the mounting table is moved manually to cut the bread. In this type of bread cutting machine, the bread to be cut is fed to the rotary blade by pushing the bread to be cut while the mounting table is in a position facing the cutting dimension adjusting plate, that is, at the position where the mounting table is at its starting point. Alternatively, the table is tilted toward the rotary cutter, so gravity is used to feed the cutter until it touches the cutting size adjustment plate, and the table is then moved to perform cutting.

A booster plate is disposed so as to be able to reciprocate in the bread feeding direction, and the booster plate is manually pushed forward, or the booster plate is biased in the bread feeding direction using spring force or gravity, It is configured to automate bread feeding. By the way, although the structure of the configuration in which the pusher plate placed on the mounting table is manually pushed forward as described above is simple, one hand is occupied with feeding the bread on the mounting table during work, and the work becomes difficult. Not only is it difficult to remove, but it is also extremely dangerous as your hands come close to the rotating blade.

The middle part swells into a barrel shape, causing deviations in cut dimensions, and the cut ends are not straight after cutting, which may deteriorate quality and appearance.

To provide a bread cutting machine which realizes cutting of high-quality bread pieces by applying a pressing plate to the rear end surface of the bread fairly lightly and cutting the last bread piece without applying any force at all.

By simultaneously pressing the two pushbutton switches 16 and 17, the conductive plates 19 and 19, which are always in contact with each other, are
20 and sliders 22 and 23, the motor 4 is continuously energized to rotate the rotary cutter 3, and the slider 24 of the motor 9 comes into contact with the conductive plate 21 as the mounting plate 2 moves. The belt 8 is driven by being energized for a period of time. In the above embodiment, the electric control circuit configuration of the two motors 4 and 9 is shown by a combination of a conductive plate and a slider, but it is also possible to use a micro switch or the like that operates in conjunction with the movement of the mounting table 2 at an appropriate location. It is also possible to assemble other control circuits.

After colliding with the plate 5, the belt 8 slides on the lower surface of the pan. Cutting continues due to the movement of the mounting table 2, but just before this cutting starts, the slider 24 comes off the conductive plate 21, the motor 9 stops rotating, and the rotation of the belt 8 stops. The cutting is performed in this state. After cutting, when the mounting table 2 is pulled back to the starting point, the slider 24 and the conductive plate 21 come into contact again on the way, and the motor 9 is energized, causing the belt 8 to rotate and move the bread A forward. When the mounting table 2 reaches the starting point, the rotation of the motor 9 temporarily stops.

In addition, as mentioned above, the bread moves forward due to the rotation of the belt 8 even while pulling the placing table 2 back to the starting point in the middle of the bread cutting operation. In such cases, the reciprocating movement 2 of the mounting table 2
The bread can be advanced in batches, and the scheduled advance can be reliably performed without changing the speed of moving the mounting table 2 or requiring any complicated operations, and cutting can be performed efficiently.

After coming into contact with the rear end of the pan, the belt 8 also begins to slide on the lower bottom surface of this contact plate. However, when the belt 8 slides on the bottom surface of the plate, the adsorption force between the two is extremely light, and is not used as a bread pushing force. It is needed only as a backup. In the present invention, as described above, each time the mounting table 2 is brought to the starting point, the belt 8 rotates to advance the bread A to be cut to the cutting position, and while cutting is being performed by the rotary blade 3. By stopping the belt 8 and the plate 13 and eliminating the pressing action during cutting, even when cutting evenly baked soft bread, the cut edges are aligned and all the cut bread pieces are accurately cut. A permanent magnet piece 14 is attached to the lower bottom of the plate 13, and this generates a magnetic force between the bottom plate surfaces of the mounting table through the belt 8, so that it can be attracted and moved to the belt surface. Therefore, even when the contact plate 13 is in contact with the rear end surface of the bread A to be cut, unlike conventional push-up plates, there is no push-up action by the contact plate, and only when the last piece of bread is cut. It helps to hold bread stably.
Even if the contact between the rear end of the bread and the plate is uneven, it will not affect the bread pieces being cut at all, and the size of the uncut edges can be kept to a minimum to ensure accurate cutting. This reduces waste, makes cutting preparation easy, and allows cutting work to be carried out efficiently.
