ゴンに装着された満ボビン落下ガイド筒を前動させてそ
の下端部を前記空になった移送装置上に接近させ、この
満ボビン落下ガイド筒上方に前記満ボビン把持装置を移
動させた後、満ボビンを前記ガイド筒内に落下させて前
記移送装置上に移すようにしたことにより、満ボビン把
持装置を移送装置側へ下動しなくてもよいので、管替時
間を短縮することができるとともに、満ボビン把持装置
の動作を容易にすることができ、さらに満ボビンを自重
により落下させることができるので、消費動力を低減で

台に沿って移動可能な移送装置上に運び、一方間移送装
置上の空ボビンを前記スピンドル上へ運んでこれに差込
むようにしだ管替方法において、機台に沿って移動可能
なワゴンに装着された満ボビン把持装置によりスピンド
ル上の満ボビンを抜取るとともに、同じくワゴンに装着
された空ボビン把持装置により前記移送装置上の空ボビ
ンを抜取ってこれを空鉢になったスピンドル上へ差し込
み、移している間に、同じくワゴンに装着された満ボビ
ン落下ガイド筒を前動させてその下端部を前記窓になっ
た移送装置上に接近させ、この満ボビン落下ガイド筒上
方に前記満ボビン把持装置を移動させた後、満ボビンを
前記ガイド筒内に落下させて前記移送装置上に移すよう
にしたことを特徴とする紡機における管替方法。 2 紡機のスピンドル上の満ボビンを抜取り、これを機
台に沿って移動可能な移送装置上に運び、一方間移送装
置上の空ボビンを前記スピンドル上へ運んでこれに差込
むようにしだ管替装置において、機台に沿って移動可能
なワゴンにはスピンドルと移送装置との間において昇降
動作される昇降機構と、独立して前後動作される前後動
機構と、前記両機構により昇降及び前後動作される空ボ
ビン把持装置とを装着するとともに、スピンドル上方に
おいて昇降動作される別の昇降機構と、独立して前後動
作される別の前後動機構と、これら両機構により昇降及
び前後動作される満ボビン把持装置とを装着し、さらに
ワゴンには前後動作されるもう1つの前後動作機構と、
同機構により前後動作され、かつ前動時にワゴン上部に
おいて落下された満ボビンを前記移送装置上へ案内して
差込むだめの満ボビン落下ガイド筒とを設けたことを特
徴とする紡機の管替装置。 3 両ボビン把持装置を昇降する昇降機構はモータによ
って回転される一対のネジ杆と、同ネジ杆に螺合された
一対の昇降ブロックとにより構成された特許請求の範囲
