DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, a synthetic resin pipe '1 is blow-molded to form a bellows tube 3 having a bellows tube section 2, and the bellows tube 3 is bent into approximately the same shape as the axial cross section of the bellows tube section 2. This method of manufacturing a flexible tube is characterized by attaching a metal plate band 4 along the outer surface of a bellows tube 2, and its purpose is to easily produce a flexible tube that can maintain its shape when bent at any angle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a flexible tube that can be manufactured.

As with conventional synthetic resin flexible elbows, a bellows cylinder part is formed to allow for free bending, and in the case of flexible pipes that can be bent at arbitrary angles to connect vertical pipes, etc., the bending angle can be adjusted due to the elasticity of the synthetic resin. The disadvantage was that the pipe would return to its original straight state.

First, a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin is extruded into a pipe shape using an extrusion molding machine, and as shown in FIG. Air is blown into the synthetic resin pipe 1 by sandwiching it between two molds 6, 6 having a split structure. In this way, the bellows tube 3 having the bellows tube portion 2 formed around it is obtained by cutting the upper and lower ends. On the other hand, the metal plate band 4 is made of a plastic and strong metal such as soft iron or copper alloy, and is bent to have a cross-sectional shape substantially equal to the cross-sectional shape of the bellows tube section 2 cut along the axis. This metal plate band 4 is fitted onto the outer surface of the bellows section 2 of the bellows tube 3 as shown in FIGS. 1d to 1e, and the flexible tube as shown in FIG. 2 is completed. When using this flexible tube as an elbow, for example, bend the flexible tube at the 2 parts of the bellows tube part so that the metal plate band 4 is on the extension side or the contraction side as shown in Fig. 3, and then connect the upper and lower connecting tubes. A vertical gutter 9.9 is fitted into parts □ and 8 to connect both vertical gutter 9.9. As described above, in the present invention, the metal plate band is fitted to the outer surface of the bellows tube part along the axial direction, so that when the flexible tube is bent at the bellows tube part, the metal plate band bent along with this bending. The plasticity of the plastic prevents the angle from restoring due to the elastic force of the synthetic resin, allowing the flexible tube to be held at a preset bending angle. Moreover, the cross section in the axial direction is approximately the same as the axial cross section of the bellows tube made of blow-molded metal plate strip. Since it is bent into a shape and attached to the outer surface of the bellows tube, it can be attached by simply fitting the metal plate band into the bellows tube, and the metal plate band can be attached along the unevenness of the bellows tube. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach a metal plate band for maintaining the bending state of the flexible tube, and even an ordinary slightly hard metal plate can be used because it is pre-bent.
