Claims (1)
コンベア1の中間部側方に、函Bの開口側を移送コンベ
アに向けて積重ねる収納体3と、収納体の下から函を一
枚づつ後方に向けて取出す函取出装置2、及びその後方
に取出した函の開口装置4を設け、開口装置の下方より
後方に向けて移送コンベアと同調して間欠回動する搬送
コンベア5を並列し、該コンベア5に開口装置で開口さ
れた函を更に大きく開口して保持する係止5F、5Aと
、係止爪に軸支する係止爪52を設け、移動コンベアの
後部と搬送コンベアに跨がつて、移送コンベアにて送ら
れてきた商品を、搬送コンベアに保持されている開口状
態の函内に転送する商品詰込装置6を設け、詰込装置よ
り後方の搬送コンベアの両側に、函蓋b、bの折畳装置
7を配置するもので、その内、函取出装置2は収納体3
内に積重ねた最下部の函B1の中央部を下方より支持す
る棒体24と、棒体の両側より後方に移送コンベア1と
平行して架設する案内レール23、及び函B1の両端部
を下方に吸引して弧状に彎曲する吸引部25から構成さ
れると共に、収納部の下方より後方に吸引部で彎曲した
函を案内レール23上に取出す第1送りコンベア21と
、第1コンベア21の後部上方より後方に、第1コンベ
ア21にて取出した函を連続して後方に移送する第2コ
ンベア22を有し、開口装置4は函取出装置2の後方で
上下動する吸引体41、42で構成され、吸引体により
函上壁fを上方に、下壁各f′を下方に吸引して鯉口状
に開口する自動包装機。 2 商品Xを一定間隔(P)毎に保持して間欠回動する
移送コンベア1の中間部側方に、函Bの開口側を移送コ
ンベアに向けて積重ねる収納体3と、収納体の下から函
を一枚づつ後方に向けて取出す函取出装置2、及びその
後方に取出した函の開口装置4を設け、開口装置の下方
より後方に向けて移送コンベアと同調して間欠回動する
搬送コンベア5を並列し、該コンベア5に開口装置で開
口された函を更に大きく開口して保持する係止爪5F、
5Aと、係止爪に軸支する係止片52を設け、移動コン
ベアの後部と搬送コンベアに跨がつて、移送コンベアに
て送られてきた商品を搬送コンベアに保持されている開
口状態の函内に転送する商品詰込装置6を設け、詰込装
置より後方の搬送コンベアの両側に、函蓋b、b′の折
畳装置7を配置するもので、その内、商品詰込装置6は
搬送コンベア5の係止片52を内側に傾斜して、係止爪
5F、5Aにて開口状態に保持されている函Bを更に大
きく開口した後、水平ロッド63に嵌挿する転送体61
と停止体62を、早戻り運動機構64により離反状態よ
り相互に接近し、移送コンベア1で送られてきた商品X
を、搬送コンベアに保持されている開口状態の函内に転
送し、折畳装置7は函下蓋b′の折畳部71と、函上蓋
bの折畳部72、及び折畳んだ函蓋の仕上部73から構
成され、これらを順に配置して函蓋を連続的に折畳む自
動包装機。[Scope of Claims] 1. The product
is transferred into the open box held on the conveyor, and the folding device 7 folds the folding part 71 of the lower box lid b', the folding part 72 of the upper box lid b, and the folded box lid. This automatic packaging machine consists of a finishing section 73, which are arranged in order to continuously fold the box lid.
