部分が折曲変形を起し取付穴ホを外方に拡開し易い傾向
となワ、引張片二がリベツトハから抜け落ち易くなるの
欠点がある。しかもこの種のものは取付穴ホを穿設した
後その周縁部を上方或いは下方へ折り曲げて折り返し部
へを形成している。このため該折り曲げ加工を施すとき
該取付穴ホの周縁部に応力の集中が生じ、該部に割れや
裂けが生じ易い。更にこのため折返部を充分に折返すこ
とが出来ず、折返部との間に空隙部卜が生じる傾向にあ
り、この空隙部卜の存在により取付穴ホの高さHが不安
定になる。そしてかゝる引張片二をステークパンナ工程
でリベツトハに装着した後、リベット頭部を押潰してか
しめ結合するとき正常のリベット頭部が形成され難く、
時には第T図に示すごとくリベット舛側縁部が不必要に

た取付穴を嵌合した後、かしめ結合して引張片を取付け
、該引張片の後端部を把持し持ち上げて開口する容器蓋
において、該引張片(こ設けた取付穴の内周縁の上面に
、これを匁方に折返し更に内方に折返される二段の折返
部分を形成すると共に上方の折返部の内周縁の径をリベ

料を滞貿させ、これによつて特に塗料の着き難いリベツ
ト4の周縁下側部への塗料の附着を促し、その後オーブ
ンによる乾燥工程に於いて、該部に保護被膜を確実に形
成出来る。次に本引張片3の取付穴5の製造方法を説明

し、環状周縁部に欠方に断返された前記折返部分6と内

片3に設けた取付穴5の内周縁の上面に、これをめ方に
折返し更に内方に折返して二段の折返部分6,rを形成
したので、開口するとき最も力のか\り易い匁方に折返
された折返部分6の外周縁が折返部分7により補強出来
、これによつて開口するとき取付穴5が歪形してリベツ
トから抜ける等の不都合を解消し、更に該内周縁の径を
リベツト頭部の男径より大に形成したのでリベツトにか
しめ結合したときに、該内周縁とリベツトの周縁との間
に形成される間隙に補正塗料を貯えることが出来、これ
によつて補正塗装の困難であるリベツト頭部下側部の塗
装を容易にし、第2発明によるときは、絞り加工により
膨出部を形成した後これを垂直方向に押潰して該膨出部
の周縁に前記二段の折返部分を形成することで、該成形
時に歪みの集中を可及的にさけ得られ、その後膨出部の
平坦頂部を切除して取付穴を形成するので製作が容易で
あると共に残留歪が少いので取付穴の内周縁が堅牢な引
