本発明は、被塗物を平均的に塗装できると共に非通電性
の被塗物にも使用出来、又非常に経済的な粉体塗装装置

従来、この種の粉体塗装装置としては、第4図に示す如

の上方に設けて成るものが汎用されているが、帯電せる
粉体塗料をノズルガン2で噴出飛散させて被塗物3に塗
装する為塗膜が均一にならず、被塗物3をアースして帯
電せる粉体塗料を静電的に塗装するものである為非通電
性の被塗物3の塗装には使用できず、又飛散して被塗物
3にのらない粉体塗料のロスが多いと共にその回収の為
の設備を設けると費用が嵩んでコストが高くなるという
欠点がある。本発明は、かかる点に鑑みて為されたもの

、下部にスリットAを設けた略V字状の鉄、プラスチッ
ク等で成る溝状体Fの内側壁に空気噴出孔Bを多数並設
すると共にスリットAの直下に振動板4で成る粉体搬送
体Cを設けて成る粉体供給体Dを搬送ロンベアEの上方
に設けて成るものである。尚、第1図及び第2図に示す
5は通風管でありエアーコンプレッサーより圧縮空気供
給管6を介して送られた圧縮空気を空気噴射孔Bに供給
するものであり、又第2図に示す1は振動板4を振動せ

上記の如く、本発明の粉体塗装装置は下部にスリットを

を用いない為非通電性の被塗物にも使用でき、又粉体塗
料が飛散する事がないと共に該飛散せる粉体塗料の回収
