Conventionally, regardless of whether the bones are made of bamboo or synthetic resin,
Glue covering paper that is thicker than the skeleton to the front and back of the bones.
After drying and gluing for an appropriate period of time, the desired external shape is cut out while the part is dry and solidified, and then the finished cut out external shape is hemmed to produce the finished product.

The technical means of the present invention for solving the above problems is to provide a fixed lower heat plate with heat-resistant sponge rubber on the upper surface and an upper heat plate with heat-resistant sponge rubber on the lower surface facing each other, The upper hot plate is moved up and down by a driving means, and a press device is used in which the upper hot plate is brought into contact with the lower hot plate at a predetermined pressure, and the hot plate is placed on the lower hot plate by thermal welding. Place a semi-finished fan to weld the covering papers on both the upper and lower sides of the bone, and press the semi-finished fan, which is the upper hot plate, against the lower hot plate, and then return the upper hot plate to its original position. Then, the upper hot plate was again pressed against the lower hot plate to weld the covering papers together.

上記技術的手段は、次のように作用する。The above technical means works as follows.

When a semi-finished fan made of bone or heat-welding covered paper is placed on the lower heating plate and the press is driven, the upper heating plate moves towards the lower heating plate and lowers. Press the semi-finished fan to preheat it.

At this time, the covering paper undergoes plastic deformation due to heat suppression, elastic deformation, and deformation due to thermal expansion, and the covering paper follows the uneven shape of the surface of the fan bone.

Next, when the upper hot plate is pressed again, the covering papers, which have been deformed to fit the irregularities of the bone, are pressed together by the upper and lower heat-resistant sponge rubber, and the joints of the covering papers are welded together.
