明は上記に鑑みなされたものであつて、その主たる目的
は、材料がパッキン内に滲透せず、漏洩防止部の回転軸
表面が常に乾燥し、かつ清潔に保たれ、パッキンが長期
間取替えを必要とせずに使用できる改良された漏洩防止
装置を備えた混練機を提供することにある。本発明の第
一の特徴は、混練機自体の構造、すなわち容器側壁の貫
通孔内径よりも撹拌羽根の両端面の直径が大きく、貫通
孔の内側にロータ自体の形状による段部が形成されてい

円筒形に一体形成されたものであり、その外周面が固定
部材16の内周面に対し滑合状態で嵌合し、その内周面

るような内径寸法を有し、その内側端面21が段部平面
14に面接触している。そして主パツキン18の外面端
