Conventionally, the heel sole was molded integrally with the main body of the shoe using plastisol, and then non-foaming plastisol was introduced into the heel sole and gelled to integrate it with the heel sole. Slash shoe molding methods for molding heel cores are generally well known. However, since the heel core has a large volume, it is necessary to heat the plastisol for forming the heel core for a long time in the heel sole during the molding process, which is not only inefficient, but also reduces the quality of the completed slush shoes. They were also heavy and uncomfortable to wear. Furthermore, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-29699, in order to reduce the weight of the heel core, a method has been proposed in which a hollow jig is used to form a cavity opening on the inside of the shoe when forming the heel core. However, in the molding process, not only is it cumbersome and inefficient to attach and detach the Nusumi jig, but the hollow in the finished product is open to the inside of the shoe, so the insole or insole that is installed inside the shoe is worn out. Sometimes, a thick and strong insole or insole must be used to prevent cavities from caving in, and the insole or insole reduces the weight of the shoe and hinders the flexibility of the sole, making it less comfortable to wear. It was my fault. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, and will be described below with reference to the drawings. Plastisol such as vinyl chloride is injected into a molding die 5 in which a convex portion 51 is provided on the heel sole molding portion. A step of integrally molding the shoe body 1 and the heel sole, which has a protruding green band 23 around the outer periphery of the ground contact surface and a cavity 21 that opens to the ground contact surface, by heating and gelling this. Then, the ungelled plastisol such as vinyl chloride is discharged by a conventional method, and a non-expandable plastisol such as vinyl chloride that is compatible with the heel sole 2 is added to the heel sole 2. By injecting an amount that is flush with the inner surface 111 of the shoe and heating and gelling it through the convex part 51 provided in the heel sole molding part of the molding die 5, the heel sole is formed. 2, and its surface 2
21 is a heel core 22 that is flush with the inner surface 111 of the sole of the shoe.
a step of molding the shoe body 1 and the heel sole 2 from the mold 5 by a conventional method; and a step of covering the cavity 21 in the recess 24 formed by the protruding edge band 23. So, ground bottom 3
The gist of the invention is a method for molding slush shoes, which comprises the steps of fitting and adhering. In this invention, if the grounding sole 3 is made of rubber, the slip resistance of the completed slush shoe can be improved.

In this invention, the volume of the heel core 22 is reduced by the cavity 21 as described above, and the amount of plastisol for forming the heel core injected into the heel sole 2 in the molding process can be reduced, and furthermore, the volume of the heel core 22 is reduced by the cavity 21. Since the convex part 51 provided on the mold 5 protrudes into the heel core 22 molding part, the plastisol for heel core molding injected into the heel sole 2 by the convex part 51 is heated and gelled in a short time. This makes molding extremely simple and efficient.

In addition, since the cavity 21 is opened at the ground contact surface of the heel sole 2,
By simply providing the convex portion 51 in the heel sole molding portion of the molding die 5, the cavity 21 can be molded in the heel sole 2 at the same time as the main body of the shoe [the heel sole 2] is molded, and the molding of the cavity 21 is extremely simple. It can be done efficiently. In addition, the surface 221 of the heel core is the inner shoe surface 1 of the sole.
Since it is formed on the same surface as 11, that is, the surface 2 of the heel core
Since there are no steps or cavities between the inner surface 111 of the shoe sole and the inner surface 111 of the shoe sole, the insole or insole 4 to be installed inside the shoe can be made of a thin flexible material, which makes it possible to Together with the cavity 21 formed in the sole 2, the completed slush shoe can be lightweight and comfortable to wear. Moreover, since the grounding sole 3 is fitted into the recess 24 formed by the protruding edge band 23 of the heel sole 2, covering the cavity 21, the bonding area between the heel sole 2 and the grounding sole 3 is reduced. Despite being reduced by the cavity 21, it is possible to strengthen the bond between the heel sole 2 and the grounding sole 3, and furthermore, the bonding between the heel sole 2 and the grounding sole 3 can be made strong.
As a result, a heel sole 2 with excellent reinforcement properties can be obtained. In addition, numeral 6 in the drawings indicates the lining cloth.
