はそれ以上の短時間で十分に攪拌を行なうことができる
様に攪拌効率を向上させた攪拌器用羽根車で、その要旨
とする処は、内周面に取付ねじを螺刻し所定の駆動軸に
取付可能にした回転体の外周に、短辺を若干傾斜させた
略平行四辺形の鋼板等にてなる適数枚の攪拌羽根を、該
羽根が前記回転体の中心軸に対し若干の傾斜角を設けた
状態で前記短辺をもつて放射状に立設し、この立設部か
ら羽根全長の約1/4の位置をねじり開始部とし、羽根
先端部に卦いて前記中心軸に対し前記傾斜角方向へ50
部〜600の間の角度に卦ける一定のねじり角となる様
にねじり、更にその最先端のみを若干ねじり進めて回転

にした回転体の外周に、短辺を若干傾斜させた略平行四
辺形の鋼板等にてなる適数枚の撹拌羽根を、該羽根が前
記回転体の中心軸に対し若干の傾斜角を設けた状態で前
記短辺をもつて放射状に立設し、この立設部から羽根全
長の約1/4の位置をねじり開始部とし、羽根先端部に
おいて前記中心軸に対し前記傾斜角方向へ50゜〜60
゜の間の角度における一定のねじり角となる様にねじり
、更にその最先端のみを若干ねじり進めて回転安定部と
したことを特徴とする攪拌器用羽根車。 2 傾斜角を14゜、羽根先端部におけるねじり角を中
心軸に対して60゜とし、そして回転安定部として最先
端を4゜ねじり進めてなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
攪拌器用羽根車。
[Scope of Claims] 1.
