に収納して、このタンブラーを回転させるもの(特開昭
47−13791号公報)も20あるが、これでは金属
線の両端に位置する被研磨部品と中央部に位置する部品
とでは、研磨童が不均一となD、金属線同志がからみ合
い易いものとなる。

を輪になつた線材2に対して不規則に運動せしめ研磨が
行われる。すなわち回転の間にパレルメデイヤによつて
軸受1の外側から研磨圧力が与えられ、線材2はラツプ
の働きをし、線材と軸受1の内面との間に入り込んた研
磨剤5の転がり運動と滑り運動により内面が研磨される
ものである。このようにして研磨された軸受1は、その
軸孔の面9が第3図に示すようにオリーベ形状となつて
いる。

またはこれに近い形状の輪状の線材に被研磨部品が保持
されるので、全ての被研磨部品の軸孔はストレートから
オリーベ形状に研磨され、特にこの線材が輪状であるた
め、被研磨部品は均等に研磨され、被研磨部品の軸孔の
内径の研磨状態が非常に良好になv、精密軸受としての
利用価値を高め、線材同志のからみ合いがなく、作業性
