In general, when two or more so-called precast pavement slabs of reinforced concrete, etc., which are produced in a factory or poured and demolished at the site are laid in advance to form two surfaces of pavement such as a road or an airport, or on-site, the pavement is spread to an appropriate width. Several methods have been proposed for connecting the divided concrete pavement slabs to each other when forming a paved surface by pouring concrete into the concrete pavement slabs.

As one example, as shown in Fig. 1, a plurality of paving plates 1
, 1... are connected using P, C steel @ 2, 2... by tensioning them vertically and horizontally in the in-plane direction of the plate, but in this case, P, It is necessary to find a place to install the equipment that introduces prestress into the C steel wire, and there are problems such as restrictions on the pavement width in the width direction, especially in places where the road width is narrow.

In addition, as another connection method, as shown in Figure 2, the pavement plate 1
, 1... are connected to each other with bolts 3, 3..., or as shown in Fig. 3, reinforcing bars 4 are made to protrude from the joint end surface of one pavement slab 1, and the reinforcing bars 4 are connected to the other pavement slab. There is a method of embedding and connecting the protruding part of the reinforcing bar 4 in the notch 5 of 1 with a filler 6, but these methods depend on the strength of the bolt 3, reinforcing bar 4, etc., or the adhesion with the filler. Since it depends on the strength, it has the disadvantage that the proof strength of the connecting part is not sufficient.

That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide an arc-shaped connecting hole that communicates between the joint end surfaces of both paving slabs that are connected to each other, and whose both ends are open to the front side of the paving slabs, and in which the connecting hole is provided. The connecting structure of the paving slabs consists of inserting an arc-shaped connecting rod across both the paving slabs, filling the connecting hole with a filler, and burying and fixing the connecting rod in the connecting hole. .

In the first embodiment described above, the connecting holes 12 are directly opened in the precast pavement version A, but these connecting holes 12 are made of polychloride as in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. A hollow tube 20 made of synthetic resin such as vinyl may be buried in the precast pavement plate A in advance and opened. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the hollow tube 20 made of synthetic resin such as vinyl

In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the hollow tube 20 has the same diameter over its entire length, and in addition, as shown in the third embodiment of FIG. It is also possible to use a tapered one in which the diameter is the maximum diameter and the opening 12b on the front side is made small in diameter.

By forming the connection hole 12 with the hollow tube 20 in this way, if some of the pavement slabs A are damaged after connection, etc.
When a part of the pavement slab A is removed by cutting the filler 17 between the joint end faces and the connecting rod 16 from the surface side with a cutter, as shown in Fig. 11, inside the pavement slab A that remains. The empty pipe 20 or the filler material 17 and connecting rod 16 inside it can be removed, and a new paving slab A can be inserted into the removed portion and connected in the same manner as described above.

Although the above-mentioned embodiments show examples in which precast pavement slabs are connected, the present invention can also be used to connect cast-in-place pavement slabs, and as shown in Figs. Concrete is poured with both paving plates B and B connected to each other, and at that time, both paving plates B and B are placed at the joint.
A continuous hollow tube 21 is buried across the pavements B and B, and both ends thereof are opened to the front surfaces 11 and 11 of both pavement slabs B and H.

In addition, the hollow tube 21 in this case has a maximum diameter at the center and a tapered shape at both ends, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. In addition to burying the tube at the joint end surface, a hollow tube 23 having the same diameter may be used over the entire length as shown in FIG. 14.

The connecting structure of the paving slabs of the present invention is constructed as described above, and when connecting the paving slabs, instead of simply burying the connecting rod across both paving slabs, a connecting hole with a diameter larger than the connecting rod is installed in the pavement. By inserting a connecting rod into the plate, embedding it with the filler and solidifying it, and making the connecting hole arc-shaped, the filler and the connecting rod work together in the connecting hole to support the load. The stress in the horizontal and vertical directions at the connecting portions is dispersed, and the load is transferred smoothly, resulting in much greater bending and shear strength than in the past.

Moreover, since all the connection work can be done from the front side of the pavement slab, the workability is very good and no extra work space is required.

In addition, in connection with bolts, if the position of the connecting hole is shifted even slightly, the connection becomes impossible, but with the present invention, even if the connecting hole is slightly shifted, the connection can be made reliably. It has the following useful effects.
