はそれと類似した形のタブに半導体ペレットを載置して
固着し、次にタブの周辺に近接して設けられた複数のリ
ード部分と、ペレットの電極との間をワイヤボンディン

にペレットにクラックが生じ、高価なペレットに損傷を
