DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to walls such as the ceiling wall of a washing tank of a dishwasher, the ceiling wall of a bathroom, and the wall consisting of a dehydration lid on the dehydrator side of a dehydrating washing machine. Its surface tension prevents water from forming into water beads, preventing it from forming on tableware after drying, the human body while bathing, etc.
The present invention relates to a hydrophilic coating structure that prevents water droplets from dripping onto objects 5 to be dehydrated after dehydration.

The water accumulated in the lower part of the cleaning tank 2 passes through a drainage filter 5, is pressurized by a pump 6, and is sent to a first nozzle 7 and a second nozzle 8.
The water is ejected from the container and washes the tableware (not shown) set in the baskets 9 and 10. When the washing and rinsing steps are completed in the manner described above, the washing water is discharged to the outside through the drain hose 12 by the operation of the drain hop 11, and then the drying step begins. It is preferable that this drying step be carried out in a short time so that it can be carried out economically, but if this time is too short, water adhering to the inner surface of the cleaning tank, especially the ceiling wall surface, is likely to remain without being completely dried. In particular, when the cleaning tank is molded from a hydrophobic resin or coated with a hydrophobic resin, water droplets adhering to the ceiling surface tend to remain after the drying process is completed. For example, if the cleaning tank is made of resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, or if it is coated with these resins, water droplets are likely to remain. This is because the contact angle between polypropylene and water is about 900, and the contact angle between polyethylene and water is about 940, so that the water droplets form a substantially spherical shape. In order to prevent such water droplets from remaining, it is necessary to increase the drying time, and if the drying time is not sufficient, the water droplets may be removed by vibrations when taking out the dishes. It dripped and adhered to the dried dishes, rendering the drying process pointless. As shown in FIG. 2 and described above, the water droplet has an extremely rounded shape.

However, all of the above methods require a large amount of investment in terms of productivity, and also require complicated management in terms of pollution prevention. In particular, in (1) above, a surfactant is added during each final rinse. This requires a complex machine to carry out the process, which inevitably increases operating costs.

The above explanation was about dishwashers, but there are many other appliances that cause similar inconveniences, such as the ceiling walls of bathrooms, the back of dehydrating lids of dehydrating machines, etc. The former is especially unpleasant because cold water droplets are splashed on the body of the person taking a bath. In addition, the latter has problems such as water droplets adhering to the dehydrated material after dehydration, reducing the dehydration effect.

The present invention has been made in view of the various conventional problems mentioned above, and embodiments thereof will be described below. In Figure 3,
Reference numeral 13 denotes a base consisting of, for example, a washing tank of a dishwasher, and at least the surface thereof is coated with a synthetic resin layer 1 such as polypropylene.
It has 4. Then, the surface is physically treated to become microscopically uneven, forming a thin hydrophilic coating layer 15 of about 0.1 to 10μ that can be easily held by the static electricity of the base 13. do. An example of this coating layer 15 is as follows. Mix well according to the above formulation, and spray or brush the surface of the synthetic resin layer 14 with 0.1~
A thin covering layer 15 of about 5 μm is formed.

In the coating layer 15 as shown in FIG. 4 formed as above,
For example, when washed with washing water from a dishwasher, the water-soluble particles 16 made of polyvinyl alcohol powder dissolve and disappear, and as a result, as shown in FIG.
A large number of recesses 17 are formed.

Therefore, water C such as washing water from a dishwasher is retained in the recess 17, and a surface with an apparent contact angle close to 0° can be obtained.

In addition, in the above-described specific examples, the contact angle with water is approximately 60 to 70.
Since the above epoxy resin was used, this resin itself also has the effect of reducing the contact angle.

In addition, on the ceiling walls of cleaning tanks, etc., the diameter of water droplets is 7 to 1.
0? By making the size of the particles 16 smaller than this, a large number of concave portions 17 will exist for one water droplet, and the hydrophilicity will be extremely improved. As described above, in the present invention, by forming a coating layer using water-soluble particles such as polypineyl alcohol, it is possible to form a large number of recesses that are extremely effective in improving hydrophilicity by dissolving the particles. A highly hydrophilic wall can be formed without investing a large amount of money or using complicated machinery.

Furthermore, such a wall body can be used as a wall surface of a cleaning tank where dripping of water droplets is not desirable, a ceiling wall of a bathroom, a dehydration lid, etc., and its range of use is wide and extremely useful.
