Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は大きな振動にも充分耐えることが出来るマンホ
ール用受枠の固定方法及びその固定装置に係り、特にマ
ンホールを構成する斜壁管とその上に順に積層される調
整リング、ワッシャー、蓋受枠を夫々所定のボルトを介
して相互に連結して一体的に構成したことを特徴とした
マンホール用受枠の固定方法及びこの方法に使用される

本発明の方法を実施するに当っては、埋込栓8及びリン
グスリーブ9を夫々斜壁管4及び調整リング5に夫々予
め埋設しておき、現場に於いてマンホール1を構築する
際に斜壁管4の上に所定の高さを有する調整リング5を
積層すると異にリングボルト10を調整リング5のリン
グスリーブ9内に挿入し、かつこのボルト10の下端の
突起11を斜壁管4の埋込栓8の上部に螺入し、更に調
整ワッシャー12によって受枠6及びこれに取付けられ
る蓋7の高さを最終的に調整した後、ワッシャー12の
上に受枠6の下鍔14を載置し、最後にふたボルト16
を下鍔14のボルト孔15及びワッシャー12の偏心孔
13に挿入し、かっこれ等の孔15.13の偏心を利用
しながらふたのナツト18を締付けることによって受枠
6を調整リング5に強固に固定することが出来、従って
斜壁管4、調整リング5及び受枠6を夫々一体的に連結

ルを構築しても充分に大きな振動に耐えることが出来る

リング、蓋受枠及び蓋等を順に積み重ねることによって
構成した組立用マンホールに於いて、斜壁管の上部壁に
埋込栓を埋設し、調整リングの側壁上下方向にボルトを
挿通し得る貫通孔を穿設し、該貫通孔にリングボルトを
挿通すると共に該リングボルトの下端を前記埋込栓に螺
合し、次に前記調整リングの上に夫々偏心孔を持った調
整ワッシャー及び受枠を順に積層し、更に前記調整ワッ
シャーと受枠の偏心孔に両側面が切削されたふたボルト
を挿通すると共に該ふたボルトの下端を前記リングボル
トに螺合し更にふたボルトを前記偏心孔の偏心部に位置
させると共にふたボルト上部にナツトを螺合して受枠、
ワッシャー、調整リングを夫々斜壁管に一体的に連設し
て取付固定したことを特徴としたマンホール用受枠の固
定方法。 2 斜壁管の上部壁に埋設された埋込栓と、調整リング
に挿通され且つその下端を埋込栓に螺合し得るリングボ
ルトと、該リングボルトに螺合し得るふたボルトと、偏
