Insert the raw material 17-1 that will become the core material into the grooves 2-1 on both sides.
The raw material 17-2 that will become the covering material is inserted into 2-3, and when the wheel 1 is rotated in the direction of arrow a, each raw material is rotated until it hits the protrusions 8-1, 8-2, and 8-3 due to the contact friction of the valley groove. Move forward.

As the wheel 1 continues to rotate further, each raw material tends to be pushed deeper and deeper due to the contact frictional resistance with the bottom and side surfaces of the groove, generating high pressure.

Due to this pressure, the raw material at the tip becomes a plastic state, and the raw material 17-1 at the center is pushed out from the communication passages 12-2 and 12-3, enters the merging chamber 10, merges with each other, and rotates the mandrel 15 around the shaft. A hollow material 18 is extruded from the die hole 13 as a core.
