に、新たにひけ現象による段部が出来てしまい、外観が
著しく劣化してしまう。本発明は、以上述べた従来行な
われてきた技術の不都合を解消するべく開発されたもの
であつて、成形型面の一部とした外殼体周胴の内面及び
端面に内殼体を射出成形して成形体の二重壁構造を可能
にすると共に、射出成形後の内殼体のひけによる外殼体
との接合部での段部発生の防止を図ることを目的とし、
実質的にも外観的にも優れた二重壁構造の成形体を提供
するものであり、その構成は、筒形状の合成樹脂製外殼
体の周胴端面内端にリプを突周設し、該外殼体を芯体と
して、その周胴内面及び端面に内殼体を射出成形したも
のである。以下本発明の実施例を、先ずキヤツプの構成

等の意匠効果を得るべく硬質合成樹脂を用いると共に、
通常口紅キヤツプはその下端をアンダーカツト状にして
容器本体に嵌め込まれるので、内殼体に弾力性のある軟
質合成樹脂を用いるのが望ましいのである。次に第7図
は本発明をコツプに応用したものであつて、その構成も
また前述のキヤツプとほぼ同様であるが、ここではコツ
プの用途よりして、強度・外観といつた問題の他に、保
温・耐熱・耐内容物性といつた問題がある。故に、合成
樹脂製のコツプを、二重構造とすることで強度・保温と
いつた問題に対処し、外殼体を硬質合成樹脂とすること
で光択等の美観を与え、内殼体に耐内容物性・耐熱性を
有する合成樹脂を用いることで内容物の性質に対処して
