Construction of new underground track (hereinafter simply referred to as underground track)
The parts excluding the connection with the above-ground track could be constructed using conventional techniques such as open-cut construction method and shield construction method without causing any hindrance to train operation on the above-ground track. At connection points, it is difficult to complete the switching work, such as removal of above-ground tracks, roadbed maintenance and track laying at underground connection points, without interfering with train operation, that is, between the last train and the first train. there were.

Conventionally, therefore, switching work has been carried out by making considerable sacrifices by installing a temporary track that is equal to or longer than the length of the connection section on the side of the above-ground track, and allowing trains to operate on this temporary track. It's here.

As described above, the present invention provides a direct connection gradient track of a required length to be connected to the new underground track 14 among the new tracks that connect the above ground track 10 with the new underground track 14 constructed directly below the existing ground track 13. 19 section is laid directly below the removed ground track 12, and a connecting slope bottom plate part 56 is provided directly below the ground track 11, which is the descending part of the ground track 10 of the new track.
lowering the existing ground track 11, which is the descending portion directly above the connection slope bottom plate part 56, to the connection slope bottom plate part 56 by an appropriate method and connecting it to the connection slope track 19 directly below;
A method for connecting to a direct underground track 14, characterized in that the existing track 12 directly above the direct connection gradient track 19 portion is placed on a bogie and then removed. After supporting the track temporary support sleepers 31 and the construction support cross beams 37 that support the sleepers with jacks on the existing ground track 11 directly above the bottom plate portion 56, a method is adopted in which the tracks are jacked down and lowered, and Railroad sleepers 3 for temporary support for the track are installed on the existing track 12 directly above the connecting gradient track 19.
1 and the track temporary support cross beam 45 that supports the sleeper, he decided to jack it up to only 7 rims, place it on the trolley 52 on the underground continuous wall 55, and then remove it. Therefore, both the above-ground track 10 and the new underground track 1 directly below were completed in one night without requiring any siding land or disrupting train schedules.
4 can be connected.

[Scope of Claims] 1. Of the new track that connects the new underground track constructed directly below the existing ground track and the above-ground track, the required length of the directly connected slope track that is connected to the new underground track is removed and the above-ground track is removed. After installing a connecting slope bottom plate directly below the ground track, which is the descending part of the existing ground track that is connected to the connecting slope track directly below the new track, a descending part directly above the connecting slope bottom plate. The work of lowering the existing ground track onto the connecting slope bottom plate part using an appropriate method and connecting it to the directly below slope track, and the work of placing the existing track directly above the directly below connecting slope track part on a trolley and then removing it. A method for connecting to a direct underground track, characterized by implementing the following. 2. After supporting the track temporary support sleeper and the construction girder support cross girder that supports the sleeper with jacks on the existing ground track of the descending part directly above the connection slope bottom plate part, jack down the existing ground track of the descending part. A method of connecting to the direct underground orbit as described in paragraph 1 above. 3 Removal directly above the directly connected slope track After the existing track is supported with a jack, the track temporary support cross girder supporting the track temporary support sleeper is supported with jacks, and then the track is jacked up slightly and placed on a trolley of underground continuous wall soil. , the connection method to the direct underground track described in paragraph 1, which is then removed.
