Due to the insufficient gate ignition current, the speed of current diffusion at the gate electrode of the thyristor is delayed, concentration of anode current occurs, and a hot spot is generated within the electrode, which may cause destruction of the thyristor. Therefore, the present invention attempts to prevent the destruction of the thyristor by setting the detection of the DC power supply voltage to 0. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the figure, 1 is a static power converter, 2 is a gate trigger circuit that provides a gate firing current to the thyristor in the static power converter, 3 is a gate trigger signal control circuit,
4 a timing circuit for the gate trigger signal, 5 a DC power supply voltage detection circuit, 6 a DC power supply for the gate trigger circuit,

効果を得ることができる。That is, a signal is detected at the output of the transistor 19 as the DC power source 6 decreases, and is sent to the gate pulse control circuit 3 to stop the gate pulse signal. As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain the effect of stopping the gate pulse signal as the voltage of the DC power supply decreases, thereby preventing adverse effects in other regions where the power supply conditions are poor.
