Seats with valley-shaped depressions formed on their surface to provide an excellent decorative effect are often seen in vehicle seats, etc., but the valley-shaped depressions found in conventional seats of this type are the first. As shown in FIG. 6, a bed plate 22 and a skin material 24 of the same size as the lining material 23 are sequentially placed on the surface of the lining material 23, and then the skin material 24 is attached to the lining material 23 using a high-frequency welding device or the like. A cover material 25 in which valley-shaped depressions a, in which the intermediate bed plate 22 is crushed, are formed at a required interval by welding in a shape.
or as shown in Figure 7, the backing material 33
Two sheets of material, in which a bed plate 32 of the same size as the lining material 33 and a skin material 34 are sequentially placed on the surface of the material, are overlapped with the edges of both skin materials 34, and then the overlapped portions are sewn or welded. Therefore, it is common to use a cover material 35 with valley-shaped depressions a formed between the painting materials. Since the bed plate interposed between the lining material and the lining material is welded or sewn to the outer skin material and the lining material, the cushioning effect of this portion is attenuated, making it difficult to obtain a comfortable sitting feeling.

The present invention was completed with the aim of providing a seat that does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks. As shown in the illustrated embodiment, the present invention comprises a plurality of bed boards 2 arranged at a required interval 1, and each bed board. The lining material 3 attached to the back side and the outer skin material 4 attached to the front surface of each bedboard 2 and intervening in the above-mentioned interval 1 with a part of it as a slack part 4' are placed at the periphery of the outer skin material 4. A bed plate 7 on which a series of fixedly fixed cover materials 5 is mounted on a seat frame 6.
This is characterized in that the slack portion 4' is passed through a slit 8 provided in the bed plate 7, and is deeply drawn in using a seat spring 9 stretched over the seat frame 6.

In addition, 10 in the figure is a method in which the front part of the slack part 4' is used as a means for passing the slack part 4' of the cover material 5 placed on the bedpan 7 through the slit 8 and pulling it deeply with the seat spring 9. A retractable band section that is connected to the tip of the section 4' directly or through the lining material 3 by means of sewing or the like. 11 and the seat spring 9 with the retaining ring 12
As a result, the outer skin 4 is pulled in through the slack portion 4', and a deep valley-like depression A is formed.

In this structure, a cover material 5 covering a bed plate 7 mounted on a seat frame 6 with a seat spring 9 is made of a plurality of thin sheets of polyurethane foam arranged at required intervals. etc., a backing material 3 made of woven fabric etc. attached to the back side of each bedboard 2, and a backing material 3 such as a woven fabric attached to the back side of each bedboard 2, and a part of the bedboard 2 is attached to the surface with a slack portion 4' at the above-mentioned interval. 1 and an outer skin material 4 such as a woven fabric or synthetic resin leather material, which is fixed by continuous sewing or welding at the periphery of the outer skin material 4, and a slack portion forming a valley-shaped recess A. Since the bed plate 2 near 4' is not crushed, the cushioning effect around the valley-shaped depression A is hardly attenuated, and the cushioning effect of the bed board 2 is approximately uniform over the entire surface. Because of this, the seat spring 9 and the bed board 7 have a cushioning effect, and together with this, a comfortable sitting feeling is obtained as a whole. Since it is retracted deeply toward the frame 6 side, the valley-like recess A can be made considerably deep and sharp by simply adjusting the amount of retraction, and the slack portion 4' that is retracted with the seat spring 9 is Since it is a part of the cover material 5
There is no fear that wrinkles will form on the outermost surface of the skin 4, and the product has an excellent design.

Note that the lining material 3, which is attached to the back side of the upholstery 4 together with the bedboard 2 and fixed to the periphery of the upholstery 4 by sewing or the like, will not wear out due to direct contact between the bedboard 2 and the bedboard 7. Therefore, even if a different backing material 3 is used for each bed board 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, each bed board 2 is A common single backing material 3 may be used, and the outer skin material 4 as shown in FIG. 3 may be used instead of using a single piece as shown in FIGS. It is also possible to use a piece that is made into a series by sewing the bottom of the slack part 4'.Furthermore, the bed board 2 does not necessarily have to be glued to the back side of the skin material 4, Of course, adhering to the back surface of the bar material 5 at a required interval 1 not only makes it possible to work efficiently in manufacturing the bar material 5, but also has the advantage of more accurately preventing wrinkling of the skin material 4.

Therefore, in order to manufacture such a seat, for example, a plurality of sheets of the backing board 2, such as a thin board of polyurethane foam, are placed on the back side of the skin material 4, such as a vinyl leather material, at a required interval 1, which is slightly larger than twice the retraction amount. A backing material 3 is attached to the back side of each bed board 2 on the back side of this skin material 4, and a part of the skin material 4 is left in the slack portion 4 between each bed board 2.
' The outer skin 4 and the bed board 2 are
and lining material 3 are sewn in series at the periphery of the outer skin material 4, and a retractable band portion is provided to draw the slack portion 4' to the back side, and a cover material 5 is sewn. The slack portion 4' is covered with the bed plate 7 mounted on the seat spring 9 of the back seat frame 6.
Since the seat spring 9 can be deeply retracted through the slit 8 provided in the slit 8, mass production is easy and it can be provided at low cost.
