搬送装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

動される押えベルト14とを上下に対向せしめることに
より形成されるもので、第3図のように単板1を送りベ
ルト12と押えベルト14との間に挾んで搬送を行ない
、単板1に”カールが生じるのを防止するようにしてあ
る。また両端に位置するコンベア2のそれぞれの外側方
に、スライサー10よりほぼ同一距離の位置にてセンサ
ー3、4が配置してある。さらにこのセンサー3、4の
近傍にてチャック装置5、6が配置してある。チャック
装置5、6は台盤15に一対の駆動枠16、17をクロ
スさせて上下回動自在に軸着し、駆動枠16、17の先
端にチャック具18、19を取付けると共に駆動枠16
、17の後端にそれぞれエアシリンダー20、21を取
付けて形成してある。エアシリンダー20、21の作動
にて駆動枠16、17が回動してチャック具18、19
間にチャックを行なうものである。チャック具18、1
9には球22、23が回転自在に取付けてある。しかし
て、フリツチをスライサー10でスライスした単板1が
斜めになつてスライサー10より出て来て、第2図のよ
うに斜めの状態でコンベア2にて単板1が搬送されると
、斜め前方に位置する単板1の一方の端部aが一方のセ
ンサ−3付近にまで進んできたときに、この単板1の一
方の端部aの進行をセンサ−3で検知し、センサ−3よ
りの信号をチヤツク装置5のエアシリンダ−20に送る

板1の水平回動で第5図のように単板1の他方端部bが
センサー4上に進行したときに単板1の斜めが正確に矯
正され、このセンサ−4によつて単板1の接近が検知さ
れると、チヤツク装置5に信号が送られてチヤツク装置
5によるチヤツクが解除され、斜めを矯正された状態で
コンベア2にて単板1が送られて整列された状態で積み
上げられる。このように整列して積み上げた単板1は次
工程に送られ、単板1を突板として基板上に貼り付け、
化粧板などに仕上げるものである。

で送られてきた単板を一対のセンサーによる検知とチヤ
ツク装置による単板の端部のチヤツク及びチヤツク解除
で、何ら作業者による手作業を必要とすることなく自動
的に矯正できるものであり、整列した状態で単板を積み
上げることができてそのまま次工程に送ることができる
ものである。
