Then, the laminate is moved while being supported by the support roll, and the polyolefin pool 3 is drilled by the needle.
0 A method for producing a tear-resistant breathable packaging material, characterized in that the polyolefin film layer is scratched to form a scratch hole passing through the polyolefin film layer. A polyolefin film layer and a mesh-like reinforcing material are sequentially laminated on the surface of a base material made of a material that has properties but blocks the passage of fine powder, thereby forming a laminate consisting of the base material, a polyolefin film, and a mesh-like reinforcing material. The laminate is passed between a support roll and a needle whose tip is directed toward the support roll, with the base surface facing the support roll, and then the pressure of the needle is applied. The needle is adjusted so that it perforates only the polyolefin film, and then the laminate is run while being supported by the support roll, and the needle scratches the polyolefin film layer to apply it to the polyolefin film layer. This is a method for manufacturing a tear-resistant breathable packaging material, which is characterized by forming penetrating scratch holes.

。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. First, as shown in the first diagram, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene, etc. are coated on the surface of a web-like base material 1 made of a material such as paper or nonwoven fabric that has air permeability, blocks the passage of fine powder, and has a stiffness suitable as a packaging material. A polyolefin film layer 2 is formed by extrusion coating a polyolefin resin such as a vinyl monoacetate copolymer to form a laminate 3 comprising the base material 1 and the polyolefin film layer 2.

The laminated body 3 is placed between a plurality of needles 1 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals with the pointed ends of the heads fixed by screws 6 facing the support roll 4 and aligned at predetermined intervals. One side of the base material is passed through the support roll 4 in opposition to it. In addition to the above, pillar 5
As shown in the enlarged view in FIG. 3, holes 8 are opened on both sides of the holder, and an upright support rod 9 is inserted into the hole 8.
A pair of coil springs 10, 10 are connected to a support rod 9 with the support 5 in between.
Nuts 11 are attached to the upper end of the upper coil spring 10 and the lower end of the lower coil spring 10, respectively. By moving the nuts 11 up and down, the support 5 can be leveled and the needle can be aligned. It is constructed so that the pressure can be adjusted. Move the nut 11 up and down to apply pressure to the needle 7. 3Polyolefin film 2
After making adjustments so as to perforate only the polyolefin film layer 2, the laminate 3 is moved in the direction of the arrow while being supported by the support roll 4, and the polyolefin film layer 2 is scratched with the needle 7, as shown in the fourth figure. A base material 1 made of a material that has air permeability but blocks the passage of fine powder as shown in Figure 5 by providing scratch holes 12 therethrough.
and a polyolefin film layer 2 with scratch holes 12 formed therein.
A breathable packaging material 1-3 is obtained.

If the tip of the needle is sharp, scratch holes are likely to be formed, but if the pressure is too strong, the base material is likely to be scratched, so the pressure must be adjusted sufficiently. It is desirable that the needles 7 be provided vertically as shown in Figure 6, and positioned at the C portion of the support roll 4, since this makes it difficult to make holes in the base material.

It is preferable to select and provide the position at an angle of ~80 degrees.
On the other hand, it is not desirable to use the A section because the holes will extend all the way to the base material, and it is not desirable to use the B section because the holes will easily extend to the paper.

Note that even when scratched with the needle 7, no scratch hole is formed in the mesh-like reinforcing material 14 because of its strong strength, and the scratch hole is formed only in the polyolefin film layer 2. Next, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples. Example 1 A web-shaped bleached kraft (30 t/d) was extruded and coated with polyethylene to provide a 15 μm thick polyethylene film layer to form a web-shaped laminate consisting of the bleached kraft and the polyethylene film layer.

The polyethylene film was scratched with a sewing needle while being supported by a roll in the direction of the arrow, and a scratch hole was formed through the polyethylene film layer to form a breathable packaging material with a moisture permeability of 500 t/d/day. Obtained. Example 2 A mesh-like reinforcing agent (a mesh-like nonwoven fabric made of split fibers of stretched high-density polyethylene film, Nisseki Warif (manufactured by Nippon Oil Co., Ltd.) was extruded onto a web-like bleached kraft 50f/d, and a sheet of polyethylene 15μ laminated with it was used.
